The Space:
Welcome to your modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment on the 8th floor in the heart of Downtown Dallas. With an industrial-chic design featuring exposed brick walls and sleek concrete floors, this space offers stunning skyline and pool views.
The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable blue velvet sofa. The apartment comfortably accommodates groups and families.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs.
Dedicated Workspace: A comfortable desk area with fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection, perfect for remote work.
In-Unit Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
FREE Daily Breakfast: As a special thank you, each guest receives one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or 2 Breakfast Tacos) and one 12 oz coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon, every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be mindful of the operating hours:
Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AMâ10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance
Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office.
Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Closed on weekends.
Cinema Room: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs to use this facility.
