Enchanted two bed, one bath 800 square foot rustic cottage a stoneâs throw away from the
beach. Launch your own boat from a nearby dock, bring your kayaks/canoeâs and lap
up the summer breeze!
In-home electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer.
Complimentary high speed internet as well as a beach pass to 3 local beaches
(Hawks Nest, Miami&White Sands).
-Experience stress free parking for two cars
-Unwind in the yard and take in the peace & quiet
-Enjoy a cup of tea/coffee from your very own bright screened-in porch
-Savor an aperitif on the small deck with partial water views
-Take advantage of the BBQ, and grill your favorite meal!
Looking for action? Head to Mystic, Mohegan Sun (Casino), Old Saybrook Inn & Spa for
sensational pampering, live music, and gourmet food.
Are you on a budget? Enjoy picnics, local ice cream, bike rides, and power walking or window
shop antiques!
