You'll feel right at home in this lovely Napa Valley 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with den that sleeps 6. This cozy condo, located at 16 Fairways on the first floor with golf course views, is the perfect place to settle in for your Napa Valley getaway. This Premium condo features a living room with a flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 6 and a full kitchen. There is a den off the living room with a Queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a Cal King Bed bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal King bed and TV. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private back patio facing the 6th Fairway as you plan your adventures for the day and then unwind with a glass of wine on the enclosed front patio at the end of your evening. This condo has ATT cable and wireless internet. This condo has access to a SEASONAL HOA pool, which is located within walking distance. No pets allowed.
This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa, Yountville, Rutherford and the surrounding areas.
This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa. The golf course, main resort pool and tennis courts, spa, classes and resort shuttle are not available on this nightly vacation rental.

Nice location, safe area, unit was clean. It had all the amenities you need. It is a bit dated in the bathrooms especially the shower area. New carpet was nice. Beds were very comfortable all in all for two King suite with two bathrooms that fit the bill.

Location and amenities of the property were excellent. Bedroom carpets were extremely stained and dirty. Overall outdated except kitchen and bathroom vanities. Shower/tubs were old and hard to use. TVs are old and very small. Kitchen was well appointed and the appliances we used all worked well.

Convenient location

The property was enough. Little things like upgrading the dishwasher and fixing the sliding doors would be easy things to fix - dishwasher doesn’t stay on track when you pull out the lower dish holder andl the sliding doors don’t move smoothly.

Family Wine Trip

This was a beautiful property and great location. We enjoyed our morning walks around the resort and ended in the market for coffee and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip wine tasting in Napa and were very comfortable in this condo while we were here.

Comfy place

The location was convenient to wine tasting in Napa, the property had ample parking and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were super comfortable and they provided Starbucks coffee for our mornings. The only negative for our party of 3 adults who all wanted our own separate room, is that we could not really use the den as a room as we had planned. I think this room should have had a single bed or a trundle bed so that it would have been usable. The pull out couch didn’t have bedding or sheets so it didn’t accommodate us the way we thought it would have. And we couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. But, all in all it was still a very nice stay and I would recommend it to others. It was clean and quiet, which were the most important things to us.

Fabulous location

Stayed with friends for celebration at Silverado Winery and had a wonderful time. This condo actually has a sofa bed in a room that can be used as a third bedroom. The condo is a bit dated, could use larger TVs. Wrap around sofa was very comfortable as were the beds. Lots of glassware and plates. Back patio with decent furniture was very pleasant. Really a very good value for the area and would definitely recommend.

College friend's getaway

Four of us ladies stayed at the property that was very comfortable, in a great location, and very well appointed with nice linens and comfortable beds. Easy check in/out. We'd definitely recommend to others coming into this beautiful area.

Silverado unit near Napa

The unit was fine. However, it lacks enough eating utensils, and other basic kitchen items. There were inadequate number of coffee filters, dishwasher pods, soap, facial tissue, no kitchen/dishwashing cloth, and only one tea towel. A barbeque would also have been nice. Overall it was comfortable enough and functional, but is a little dated and could use some updates.

Very Comfortable with Plenty of Space!!

I booked two Condos, for my Wife and me and my Father and his Wife. The condos were very nice and clean, and very comfortable!! It was Great having two Bedrooms - both with King Beds and separate Bathrooms!! Great Coffee selections and plenty of it!! Parking was very close and convenient!! Good Value!!

Nice condo

The golf course location and view is great. The property was exactly as pictured. It would be nice to have blackout drapes in the master bedroom as the sun comes streaming in quite early. The master toilet is old and clogged within a half hour of our arrival. A plumber did come early the next morning and fixed it. The master bed mattress is quite soft so beware if back pain is an issue. Unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely, cozy, spacious

2 couples from Texas visited Napa for a long weekend. The condo was in a great location. There was plenty of space for both couples. The parking was super easy as well with it's own dedicated space. We enjoyed the outdoor area seating while watching golfers and shared a nice bottle of Rombauer. Would def stay here again. If I had to pick something that needed attention, I'd say the floors likely need a deep cleaning, the bathrooms are going to need an update soon, and housekeeping should have left a few additional every day items. None of these things are deal breakers or game changers..just would have been nice. Outside of that, we were pleased overall. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo close to BottleRock

Very clean and updated condo. Nice outdoor seating area in the front and back facing the golf course. The unit was well stock with coffee. Nice sofa bed that is in a little nook. Almost like a bedroom in itself. Plenty of towels and sheets! Management is easy to work with. The master bedroom bed is too soft for my taste! Plenty of parking and only a 10 minute drive to BottleRock. Definitely would stay again.

Napa Valley Stay

The property and location is nice ! We enjoyed staying there and it’s location. The inside of the property itself is a little dated and needs some upgrades, but overall not a deal breaker. It was great sitting out in the patio and being directly on the golf course.
