5 Star Stay

I stayed in several places while in Krakow for a month and this one was my favorite. The space was clean, comfy, and modern. I actually think it looked better in person than in the pictures. I would, and likely will, absolutely stay here again.

Broken and leaking A/C, which led to calling for maintenance. Nobody came all afternoon and evening when promised on the final full day. When I called again it was “too late in the day for them to do anything.” Don’t make the name of your rental “AIR CONDITIONED APARTMENT” in all capital letters if that expectation is not fulfilled. The A/C is the reason I picked this specific apartment and was the thing that ruined my experience for me here. I also wanted to inform that the coffee pot that was left for us was all moldy, which made us have to manually clean it several times before use. This wasn’t something I disclosed with the staff initially to be nice but what is the point of being nice when companies like this take advantage of you? I wouldn’t waste your time here. All i got out of this was a 10% off voucher that expires in December which nobody could pay me to do another experience with this team again.

Wish I Would Have Known

Property pics were a bit deceiving. No blinds on the bedroom or living room windows. Not good since the sun rises so early! Also, I had specifically asked if the building had an elevator. No answer. That should have been my first clue that it didn’t have one, though the pics of the building exterior led one to believe it did have one. No automatic coffee maker. If you don’t know how to use a manual European coffee maker, you’re out of luck here. While the unit was lovely overall, I would not rent again due to the long four walk up floors. If you’re at all handicapped physically, you should NOT rent this place.

Ottimo appartamento per 4 persone, a piedi ci si muove tranquillamente sia al quartiere Ebraico, castello.Il centro dista circa 10 minuti a piedi, di pende dal giro che poi uno vuole fare.Palazzo senza ascensore.

Apartament wykończony bardzo elegancko i z klasą. Idealny na sesje zdjęciowe.

Apartament wykończony bardzo elegancko i z klasą. Bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył, idealny na sesje zdjęciowe. Bardzo miło się tam mieszkało. Przystanek tramwajowy pod wejściem do budynku ułatwiał transport po Krakowie. Jedyny minus to brak windy.
