Make yourself at home in a cozy, three bedroom / two bath. A large bright living room, a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and bath, a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and 3rd room is an office, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and a swimming pool. Outdoor area is equipped with grill, beach chairs and umbrella for a relaxing Florida day by the pool. 30 day minimum to rent house.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, Mall and a wide variety of restaurants for dining. This place is perfect for family vacation or work trip.. all brand new furnishing and appliances. pool and three TVs for your enjoyment. The home is also conveniently located near many beaches, honeymoon island 5.4 miles Fred Howard park 11 miles, Clearwater beach 14 miles, Tampa and St.
Pete. Living room has a step down. Please watch your step.

After a very long drive from the Midwest, it was amazing to just walk into this inviting property. Christopher was super helpful with any question or needs. The house was super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and close to great stores and restaurants. Only negative was New Year’s Eve fireworks was a long night. But everything else was fantastic! Hoping to be back next year!!!

Wonderful time very clean!! Host is awesome

Very clean, looks just like pictures. No issues at all. House has all accommodations needed for our stay. Host even messaged 1st morning to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would highly recommend this host and property and would enjoy staying at this house again on our next vacation!! 10 out of 10 stars!!!

Great Stay!

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our 4 nights this week. Just a few miles for day trips to Honey Moon Island, Tarpon Springs, and Clearwater. The pool was refreshing and the house was clean and spacious. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Wonderful

The house was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything needed for any length of time. Chris was very accommodating and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Clearwater area. The pool looked very inviting, but we did not have the time on this trip. Look forward to coming back. Celebrating Mom’s Birthday

This house is exactly how it is presented on the web site. It has a nice, split plan layout and the back porch and pool were fantastic for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and was a great place for walking and running. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was great for visiting and relaxing. The host is a great communicator and checked in via messaging to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Glad we got to stay at this house was definitely worth it pool was very nice very big pool wish we could have stayed longer honeymoon island beach was about 10 min drive just right down the road very nice beach area ,Christopher was very nice and polite and anytime you text him he will text you back within an hour or so if you needed anything he would get it very nice guy!!

Christopher sets this property apart from the rest!

Although there were a couple issues we encountered during our stay, the owner was completely transparent and did everything he could to ensure that we still enjoyed our stay. Christopher’s kindness and excellent communication meant a lot. He puts a personal touch into the home that makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable. Would love to stay again to experience the pool once fixed.

Great place to stay

The rental was really excellent and Christopher was very responsive to any problems beyond his control that we incurred. Because my sister and I are not very technically savvy we had to call on Christopher for assistance which he was very gracious in providing. My only suggestion would be to provide more details on the lockbox. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great location to experience Dunedin, Clearwater, Safety Harbor and more!

The property was as pictured. Comfortable beds and super comfortable living room furniture. We loved the screened in porch and while too cold to use the unheated pool, it was nice to look at. The kitchen was well equipped. The home was very close to 19 which made getting to near by communities very easy and quick. We loved exploring all the near by towns and parks. The neighborhood itself was nice and quiet but had restricted walkable areas due to 19 and Curlew roads. If you want to explore the area, Christopher’s place is a great base to use!

Comfy rental close to everything

The home itself felt very comfy. Felt very at home when you first walk in. Chris has thought of everything! The inside of the home was very clean. Pool was nice but too cold to swim! Patio needs a good cleaning and more comfortable pads on the furniture! The con about this house is the street is busy and those cars really speed by. It was hard to walk our two little dogs because there were no sidewalks. They were quite nervous! All in all it was a great stay. His couches were so amazing. Thank you Chris!

Vacation with family!

Our purpose of going to Florida was to visit family, go to the beach and celebrate our anniversary, It was my husband, me and our son staying at this location. We had great communication with the property owner, the location was in between our family and the beach which was great. Enjoyed having all the amenities at our disposal. We were hardly ever at the house except for early mornings and evenings. We were out most of the time. Neighborhood was quiet but a little busy. Lots of houses around the property. The only thing negative is that I think they need to change their cleaning service. When we arrived at the front entrance, the door seemed to be surrounded by cobwebs and when we went in the house it seemed very hot. Communicated with the owner about the house being hot and he immediately told me how to work the thermostat.The first night there my son slept in the second bedroom and woke up very early morning because he had an allergic reaction sleeping in that bed. He is only allergic to cats, so I don't think that the cleaning service cleaned all the bedding properly. Had to rush out and get medicine for him and I had to rewash the bedding before he could sleep in there again. I also noticed that along the floor trim, what looked like to be tumble weeds of animal hair in the hallway. The pool was great to have and it was very clean but I don't know why the pool vacuum was just laying in the pool. It didn't seem to be on or anything. Just lying in the pool. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
