The entire Villa Amylia sprawls over 4 levels and features 9 bedrooms, two breathtaking infinity pools (each with a shallow part for children), and a rooftop terrace boasting 270 degrees panoramic view and large enough to host events for up to 40 Guests.

The facilities are complete with a dedicated massage and treatment room for two guests, a fully-equipped gym, and a home cinema seating 8-12.

All 9 bedrooms have a world-class sea view facing East, with 2 of the master bedrooms (1 in Villa Amylia Emerald and 1 in Villa Amylia Ruby) boasting a rare 270 degrees sea view also partially overlooking Koh Samui’s beautiful mountains.
Each bedroom has its own generous en-suite bath or shower rooms that showcase high- quality amenities such as walk-in rain showers, and imported tiles from Italy. One of the master bedrooms in each villa has a stand-alone bath.
Technology is also a pivotal feature of this spectacular villa from integrated B&W speakers, Sonos bars, superfast WI-FI, electrical curtains, and a modern security system. Conscious of the impact such a generous property has, the villa is fully powered by solar panels located on the top flat roof and invisible to the Guests.

The outdoors of both Villa Amylia feature spacious pool decks and terraces to embrace a view like no other, overlooking the sea and the island of Koh Matlang, with each deck boasting multiple seating and lounge areas, besides the designer sunbeds.
