Cette maison de plage est propre, confortable et chaleureuse - mise en place pour se détendre avec toutes les commodités possibles, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée, un espace extérieur en bois avec barbecue et des sièges confortables, ainsi que des couettes en duvet sur chaque lit et un bain à remous privé et propre dans la clôture Cour.

NOTE IMPORTANTE :
CETTE PROPRIÉTÉ NE PERMET PAS DE FÊTES OU DE RASSEMBLEMENTS FORTS DANS LA COUR. Plusieurs voisins sont des résidents permanents et subiraient les contrecoups du bruit excessif de cette propriété. Malheureusement, cette maison de plage n'est pas le bon choix si votre groupe prévoit un rassemblement au-delà de la limite de 6 invités. Nous apprécions une relation positive avec nos voisins permanents - les rassemblements importants ou bruyants ne fonctionneront tout simplement pas, mais c'est l'endroit PARFAIT pour une escapade à la plage relaxante et abordable.

DESCRIPTION DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ: Situé dans Stinson Beach Village à quelques pas de la plage. Maison a Mt. Tam vues. Parfait pour une / deux petites familles ou deux couples, ce bungalow sur la plage est adorable. Cour arrière privée, ensoleillée et fermée avec barbecue, sièges confortables et bain à remous. Les animaux sont négociables.

Thank you for your kind review, Mari. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the cottage to be comfortable. Since warm down comforters are provided on each bed and the fireplace keeps the cottage toasty warm, we've never had a request for extra blankets. When you did request blankets during your stay, we offered to provide you with extra blankets but we didn't receive a response back from you. Just to be safe, we've now tucked a few extra blankets into the bedroom drawers for our guest's comfort. Regarding house rules, I've never before heard a request to post house rules in every room. I honestly feel that posting rules in each room might be overkill. The house rules are clearly stated in the initial booking agreement and they are sent again through VRBO as an attachment. The house rules are also provided in the guest book on the kitchen counter as well as posted near the front entry. I think that is sufficient and certainly available as needed for reference. We want our guests to feel relaxed and at home while staying in the cottage, not surrounded by rules. I'm not sure what the last part of your review is saying, but I appreciate you taking the time and wish you well in your future travels. Karen

Such a lovely cottage plus the hot tub was a treat too! Well situated close to the beach. Can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the front patio. Wonderful vack patio for relaxing and dining. Perfect spot for star gazing too. Very enjpyable plus close to all the fun Stinson Beach shops, eateries. Pet friendly though we didn't have one

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. Although it is cozy, the living area is very comfortable. We appreciated the gas stove which put out a lot of heat. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware, utensils and dinnerware you need. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The entire house was clean, for that matter. Karen was very communicative. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Cozy home with amazing location

the house was fine for a couple of nights. the beds are very comfy, living room cozy, great big TV, and the hot tub was a plus, the kitchen has everything you need but items are not modern and pots/pans are not clean. there was an issue getting the heating going, the front yard was a mess, alarm for the septic tank went off in the middle of the night (every night!) and the street had some house bldg construction, noise that did not allow us to sit outside, the beach was great, just down the street, 10-15min walk to restaurants on the beach. the owner was attentive. I would not stay here again.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the comfortable beds, large TV, hot tub, cozy living room, and our attentive hosting as positives. Regarding your comments on the kitchen, our appliances are all current. It would have been helpful to receive specific details regarding which items you found to be outdated or not clean during your stay so that I could have addressed them or sent our cleaning service immediately. I am also surprised to hear that heating was an issue. As I noted on your first day, the main living room fireplace typically provides enough heat that guests find they need to turn it down. When you mentioned the kitchen fireplace was not working, I inspected it the day you departed and found it turned on immediately without any issues. In terms of the property's appearance, both the front and back yards are maintained to match the photos in our VRBO listing. I am unclear which aspects of the yard you found unsatisfactory. Regarding the construction noise, I am not aware of any active projects on the street and received no other reports of disturbances. The only issue brought to my attention was the septic alarm on Sunday night, which was resolved by the septic company first thing Monday morning. While we strive for excellence and are proud that our guest reviews are consistently 10/10, I am sorry that your experience did not meet those same standards. Best regards, Karen

The beach cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our dog. We all enjoyed games at the large dining room table and our multiple daily walks on the beach, which is just steps from the house. Karen was a joy to work with throughout the entire process.
