The Acweorna A-Frame provides everything you'll need for a fun Michigan getaway! Built on Fawn Lake in 1975, this newly renovated cabin offers a full kitchen with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric fireplace, WiFi, shower, queen mattress, and twin beds with soft linens, Public Goods products, stylish camp decor throughout, outdoor area with deck, firepit (with provided firewood), Weber grill, outdoor chairs, and canoe (with paddles and life vests)...just to name a few features. Come enjoy Northern Michigan at the Acwerona A-Frame!

Year-round fun in Waters, MI! In winter, a quick drive will get you to several downhill ski resorts (Boyne, Nubs Nob), cross-country ski trails (Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve), and snowmobile trails. The A-Frame is also close to several golf courses, hiking and biking trails (Iron Belle Trail), and Otsego State Park! For the kids, consider stopping by the splash pad at Memorial Park/Otsego Lake Township park, Elk park, or one of the many historical museums in town.

Per our listing, the A-Frame has a
four-person limit per stay. Any guests above
this limit will be charged $200 per person.

The property has a Ring doorbell and a Ring spotlight for insurance reasons and everyone's safety.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners
urge all guests to use the A-Frame's
features, facilities, and its grounds in the
safest manner. Use of all features, including
but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds,
lofts and appliances are done at the guests
sole risk. Guests understand that they are
fully responsible for use of all features and
owners shall not be liable to guest for any
claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries,
damages, or actions arising out of or in
connection with the misuse of facilities,
natural events/disasters or general
accidents on facility grounds. Guests
choosing to use the firepit agree to do so
safely and in accordance with state and house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be
held responsible for damaged or lost
personal property. Guest hereby holds
owners harmless from any/all claims brought
against them. Guest understands that by
booking a reservation they are effectively
agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and
Release of Liability.

An ideal location!

This quaint cabin is perfect for a get away! The views are breathtaking and amenities make for a very comfortable stay. Also, it is not a far drive to many dining options and activities.

Wonderful getaway!

This was such a great place for a weekend getaway up north! Clean, comfortable, great location - even though it rained the whole time, we enjoyed the view of the lake! Definitely will be booking again.

Lovely Winter Excape

It was the perfect place for my sister and me to escape to. We caught up on some reading and put together a puzzle. Comfortable stay with beautiful veiws, will definitely be back again.

Winter getaway

This place was the perfect location for our winter weekend getaway! Beautiful home, very clean, and had all the things you needed. I loved the interior little twinkle lights along the stairway! Very close to downtown Gaylord for restaurants and stores. Would love to come stay again 😊

Cozy Up-North Getaway

Stayed at this property with some friends for a ski/snowmobile weekend. The home was quaint and cozy with all the “lodge” feel you’re looking for ona. Winter trip. Very private, with nice deck & balcony views. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful Memorial Day Getaway

We booked this cabin last minute after some Memorial Day plans changed and it was amazing. My partner and I had such a relaxing weekend. We loved sitting on the porch and taking the canoe and tubes out on the lake. We were a little disappointed the dock wasn't in yet, but we understand it's still a little early in the season. Overall, a gorgeous property!

Perfect Northern Michigan getaway!

We spent the weekend at this charming A-Frame Cabin & couldn't be more pleased with our stay! On the day of check-in, we unexpectedly had to postpone our trip by a day. The host was quick to respond and even allowed us to stay past the listed check-out time. The cabin itself was beautiful, not to mention that it has the best views of the lake. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this to anyone else looking to spend time in Northern Michigan!

Fall weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this cute little A-frame. The lake was perfect for exploring with our kayaks. We also used the bikes that were provided to bike to Otsego lake! The fall colors were just beautiful. We loved this peaceful getaway and cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Perfect place to relax. Great atmosphere. Beautiful!! Only downside is close to interstate so you hear traffic. We pretended the sound was ocean waves. Lol. Overall great place to stay.

Cute and roomy A Frame

This property is perfect for a nice quiet getaway. Sitting on the lake and has a clear view in the mornings when you sit on the deck drinking coffee of reading a book. Thank you for the quick booking and thank you for hosting. It was perfect!

Perfect getaway

This slice of heaven was perfect for a romantic getaway. The experience was delightfully easy. The location is great - setting on the water, quick bike ride to the ice cream shop and state park beach, but tucked away and quiet. Inside, the home has been rehabbed beautifully. It’s clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was great with the host: simple, efficient, friendly. Would stay again (and most likely will). Thank you!

Perfect Little Getaway

Needed a place to “getaway” from the kids for a weekend and happened to be our 10 year anniversary and we found this place! Perfect timing and opportunity to spend some time sitting by the lake. The place has everything you would need if someone wanted to just truly relax. Condiments, dishes, and even some homemade potpies in the freezer! Hartwick Pines is 20 minutes away, downtown Gaylord is 10 minutes away, yet you feel disconnected enough to be able to relax. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here and have this place available! Felt like a home away from home…Only quieter with no kids!
