When you want to stay close to home base, relax in the private hot tub or challenge your loved ones to some board games.

Inside you'll find a welcoming air about the place, with plenty of comfortable furniture to rest on. Gather around the fireplace to host a movie night on the large, wall-mounted TV. Hobby chefs will love serving up their loved ones at the dining table and cooking up fantastic meals in the full kitchen, complete with all the cupboard space they'll ever need! Get restful nights of sleep from the day's activities on the soft beds. Dine alfresco on the back patio and watch the Oregon sky light up with millions of stars.

Nice location in between the redwoods and Samuel Boardman coastline stops. Stocked with everything we needed. No ocean view, save for a little bit of water you can see in between the homes across the street. They have the upper floor blocked off. Oddly configured house with one huge bathroom and one small, not so great bathroom.

Nice house that has everything you needed! Charming and good location. There were quite a few cobwebs but can expect that with the older home and size!

You can see the ocean from the kitchen. The master bed is huge! There were deer in the area day and night. Definitely a unique home! My only complaint was the hot tub water was low when we went to use it. Also the BBQ was dirty and so when we went to use it, it smoked the whole covered area. Just needs a good clean out. Was a great deal for the money though and would do it again.

Comfortable and spacious home for a girls weekend of relaxing, eating, and spending time indoors. The beds were comfy, both showers had great water pressure, the living rooms and lounging spaces were perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. When we reached out because the coffee pot was missing, they were super quick to deliver a replacement.

Kitchen was fully equipped and it had a view of the ocean between the 2 homes across the street. House was pretty clean and the neighborhood was good. Deer were wandering the neighborhood and nibbling on plants and grass. We enjoyed our stay.

This house worked out very well for us and friends traveling with us. Kitchen appliances appear to be new. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked. Overall property is in very good condition, as was very clean on our arrival.The layout is a little unusual, but it worked out very well for us. Beds as well as other furniture are comfortable.Communication from property manager was excellent. We had access information well in advance and directions were easy to follow.

Overall, this property is very nice - especially for a 2 family vacation. My husband, our daughter and her husband and 2 sons and baby all thought the house was wonderful. Some constructive input: the game cabinet needs attention - game pieces all over - games missing pieces - no playing cards that we could find. The TVs all required some time - even for the technically astute. The living room TV worked best. Squeaky doors need WD40. We found some shards of glass in a glass - not sure how they got there because the glass was plastic and we were pouring coffee syrup from a plastic container. The telescope did not work for us - the binoculars were OK, but somewhat damaged from prior use. Should be a hair dryer in both bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were great. The kitchen well stocked. The beach access down the street was nice. All in all - a good time was had by all and we would rent again. Thank you!

Beautifully updated and appointed home.

We were in Brookings to explore the southern Oregon coast and the redwoods. This home was such a comfortable home base. Everything was clean, and so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. Just look for the little gate to the left of the big gate to get to the beach. It's behind greenery and not immediately obvious.

Perfect get away

So much living space

Though it is an unusual layout and there is no access to the upstairs area, we loved how much room there was to spread out between 2 living rooms and 2 enclosed porches. The view is kind of an exaggeration and actual beach access is a number of blocks away but is otherwise relatively close to many things. This property seems like it would be ideal for a multi-couple/family stay.
