Cottage d'invité d'une chambre avec garage attenant. L'unité comprend quatre chambres: salle de bains avec douche, cuisine complète, salon et chambre avec lit king-size. Il y a une vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon et le spa extérieur. Terrasse privée et spa.

Il y a aussi un sentier privé vers la plage avec de superbes marées et de la faune. Il y a d'autres résidences sur la propriété. Cependant, il s'agit d'un bâtiment autonome sans résidence attenante.

What a delightful stay. Everything was perfect. We loved the privacy of this particular place compared to those that look directly over the ocean. Beach access was easy to find. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was perfect.

Perfect little house with all the amenities and a hottub. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, nicely furnished, and a fireplace for the rainy days. Very comfortable, and perfect for our 2 Boston Terriers. Ocean just a stones' throw from the window down a pathway! Host was super nice to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Cost of the little house was what we would expect, was very fairly priced.

Our host, Ken, met us as we pulled in and showed us around. The place is clean and tidy and very comfortable. We only stayed one night, wished we had more time to explore the beach. Great experience!

Our cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was easy to find and easy to check in and out. Our host was friendly and responsive. Dog friendly with a grassy area at the front of the property. Beach access had some stairs and a path that might be a challenge for some, but we navigated it with no problem and really enjoyed spending time by the water. We also enjoyed our private patio. We explored Azalea Park in Brookings- great for a longer dog walk, and the Chetco River access at nearby Alfred Loeb Park. Good birdwatching all over the place, too.

Great place for a getaway with grandkids and family. We were lucky enough to also book the one bedroom cottage on the property and have quiet and privacy at night, and join the crew at the 2 bedroom rental for the day. Loved the private hot tubs, and the easy path to the beach, where eels, starfish, hermit crabs and crabs were discovered by excited kids. The electric stove was a bit of a challenge, in that it was hard to regulate the heat level. Other than that small issue, it’s a great coastal home away from home that’s affordable and comfortable.
