This was my second time staying here and both times were amazing! I love this place. Feels so much like home. Perfect location and close to everything. Very clean and management always responds promptly anytime I had a question about anything. My family loved it as well. I only wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. Looking forward to coming back soon

Stay was good. Location was close to aquarium about 8-10 minute walk. Location felt safe. If you're use to being in the suburbs this place will feel different but like i said it felt safe. There is an amazing breakfast spot called Atlanta breakfast club. Food and staff were amazing. It's like 7 min walk.

Great Location!

We will stay here again if we ever come back to ATL! We wanted a place within walking distance of the Aquarium/The World of Coca-Cola and this place did not disappoint! Free street parking in front of the rental was plentiful and safe. We were also walking distance to Georgia Tech stadium. The place was clean and just what we needed for our quick family get away. Atlanta Breakfast Club was delicious (also walking distance).The only down side to the whole thing is the couch was a little saggy, so it may not be very comfortable for an adult to sleep on it. My kids were fine, but noticed the dip while sitting & sleeping on the sofa.

Nice and comfortable

The home was nice, comfortable and approximately a 15min walk to the Congress World Center, which was where we needed to be.The snacks and bottled water were a nice touch as well and I was thankful for the Keurig and coffee cups. The only issue was that the home only has 1 TV (in the sitting area) and none in the bedrooms. The listing did not mention this and needs to.

Nice stay during business trip

Comfortable and great location

The unit provided good space and we had a comfortable stay. The unit sleeping 6 is technically true. The hideaway in the LR is good for one adult or 2 smaller kids. The hideaway needs some attention as the front of the loveseat sags significantly creating a big gap/hoke in the mattress. Host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. Overall, an Easy and enjoyable stay

Not a good experience

The floors were dirty and we could tell they weren’t clean because we f the white towels. One of my kids sat on the kitchen chairs and it broke. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was broke as well. The so called sofa bed down stairs in the living rm was warn and didn’t pull out properly and broke to the pillows on that couch had stains on them and were dirty

Atlanta Fun!!!

We had a great Atlanta get away which included two Braves games, the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke and several amazing restaurants. The downtown neighborhood was nice and safe and very close to all the downtown attractions. The property itself was very clean and nicely appointed. We definitely plan to stay here again on future trips!

Great location- comfortable property

This place is exactly what we needed, close to downtown attractions and the convention center, which is where we needed to go. Parking was easy, there was always space available. The place itself was really cute, comfortable, and clean. Just be mindful of the neighborhood, during the day it was good, but at night, my Citizen app showed a few Incidents each night we were there. Overall, it was a great stay and I would choose this location again if needed.

Nicely decorated and conveniently located

Overall our experience was good, however the coffeemaker did not work and initially the t.v. would not connect to the wifi. I did contact the property manager and they offered a troubleshoot for the t.v. but did not respond to the coffeemaker issue. There wasn't a coffee shop nearby so the coffee situation was a little hard given we are coffee drinkers. The home is nicely decorated and has all the necessities. I would say that the house was overall clean but does need to be mopped as our socks were black after walking around the house. The front bedroom is very loud as the window has a gap in it and the house is located at an intersection. Overall our stay was ok and manag early.
