Perfect !

Amazing location 30 sec from the beach. Very cozy house, vwry confortable. The host is very nice, there to accommodate your requests. We and our friends really lived our trip. Would be back and would recommend any time.

Just as advertised. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise every day we were there. Convenient to everything from Portsmouth to Portland. Great property and very responsive owner!

We had a great time staying at this house. Looked like new inside, comfortable and clean beds. Just a few feet from the beach. We took many walks in the beach with our dogs and had such a wonderful visit. Everything we needed was available in the house. Highly suggest this rental for Old Orchard Beach Maine!

It was not right on the beach as pictures indicated but it was close The house was beautiful and clean but the stairs were a problem for me (70 years old). The secondary 1/2 bathroom was downstairs off the entrance. That was a problem for us.

Perfect all around

We loved everything about our stay here. Perfect location right on Old Orchard Beach. The house is perfect for what we needed/wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back for a longer stay next time we’re in Maine.

Amazing Property. Book it now!!

The house is in a wonderful location with great views of the ocean from several rooms. The listing photos really do tell the story of this beautiful home. The beach is just a few steps away from the property. Attention to detail was obviously put in to ensure a wonderful guest experience. The home is very clean, there are practical amenities throughout (4 smart TV’s), and our host was super communicative and accommodating. Portland & Saco being a short drive away is just icing on the cake. Can’t wait to return again soon

Will not be staying again

We've stayed at this property 4 times. The house is very close to the beach, clean, and allows dogs during the off season. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a different property to stay in the next time we are in OOB. The property manager sent a message to me the last time we stayed that if we wanted to come back, he could give us a discount. Before I booked, I asked if the discount was still available. He said it was still available and to make a booking request and he would give us a discount. I booked the property, and followed up multiple times asking about the discounted rate. He replied each time that he was looking into it, but never applied a discount to our rate. Then, about a week before we stayed, he messaged me and asked if I would be interested in staying at the property a day early since it was available. He offered me a "large discount" if we wanted to stay the extra day. Then, after leaving the property, I got another message from the property manager promising a discount if we wanted to come back to stay at the property again. It just doesn't sit right with me that I was offered a discount to stay at the property, never received that discount, and then was offered more discounts for staying longer or staying again.

Great house stone throw form the beach

Great place.... Very clean and everything you will need to stay. It was three levels and it had supplies needed for the beach (Beach wagon, chairs, towel, sand toys...). We stayed off season so most of the houses were vacant. We would definately come back again. I did send two messages to the owner, but did not get a response.

Christmas Time Getaway

We had a wonderful stay the weekend after Christmas. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was both comfortable and beautiful! Everything was clearly labeled and so easy settle in. Very close to the beach which was awesome to visit even in the winter!

Family beach vacation

Family vacation with five adults, a three year old and a ten month old. The rental had enough space and nice amenities to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed quite a few family meals at the long dining room table, made smoothies in the blender. The kids were a little too young for all the rides and games at the Pier so we mainly stayed at the beach - the wagon, buckets and beach toys came in handy. There were also boogie boards and kites available to use. Jason was very hospitable, the place was clean. Only negative comment is that a woman next door had barking dogs and was blasting ’80’s music. I think Boy George is very talented, but Carma Chameleon got a little old the third time around. Hopefully she was just renting the place for a week. Otherwise the whole vacation was fantastic

Near beach

The cottage was very nice but the write-up was a little misleading. For example ocean views are very limited—mostly see rooftops, half bath was on ground floor, and stairs to main living area.

Perfect Ocean Getaway

We were looking for an off season weekend beach getaway and this location was perfect. We loved the beautifully appointed and clean house which was a two minute walk from the beach. The house even had a couple of partial ocean views. And the beach was wonderful. We could take our dog on and let her run. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Weekend getaway

This property was very close to the beach, clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway with our pup. Highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again ourselves in the future!
