House was perfect for us. We liked the 3 king beds and TVs on each room. We used the outdoor pool and that was great too. Each morning we took a walk in the neighborhood and enjoyed the turtles in the pond and even one day saw deers on our walk. Liked the fact we were so close to town! The beach chairs were very helpful on our beach day. Great stay!

Great house, lots of room. Have stayed in subdivision before, great amenities, 2 pools, jacuzzi, close to beautiful North beach, great town & fun restaurants on River. Host was in contact & check-in was easy. Only complaint was filled garbage bags were left in garage & lots of cobwebs by front porch. We would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!

From start to finish, our stay at the spotless and stylish Koi House was wonderful! Communication with the host was very prompt and helpful. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We loved walking around the neighborhood and up to the pool and marina, going to the beach, and heading to town. Meijer is little over a mile up the road which is very convenient. A few houses close-by had other young kids staying so our kids made fast friends and memories playing outside and at the pool - what summer is all about! The beds, furnishings, towels, blankets, cookware was all perfect and all you need. The house and the the town has something for everyone. South Haven and the Koi House will be on our summer list every year going forward!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Josh Owens

Image de profil de l’hôte
What I love about hosting an vacation rental is the opportunity to share the magic of South Haven and our beautiful Koi House with others. Lake Michigan holds a special place in our hearts, and being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning views is a true joy. Hosting allows us to offset some of the costs of staying in this incredible location while also helping travelers create lasting memories.

We're passionate about the local attractions, like 3 Blondes Brewing and driving our golf cart around downtown South Haven, and it's a pleasure to see our guests discover and appreciate these experiences. It's especially rewarding when we host families, as we love making memories with our own children in South Haven and feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that other families are creating cherished moments in our home.

One of our favorite hosting memories was a multi-generational family who enjoyed a fantastic beach vacation together. Their shared joy and the pictures they sent us were heartwarming and reminded us why we love doing this. Receiving positive feedback and knowing that we've contributed to our guests' happiness by curating memorable experiences is truly the icing on the cake. Being an vacation rental host is not just about providing a space to stay, but also about creating connections and enriching the lives of our guests.
