This elegant home welcomes you to a peaceful and inviting stay to the poconos. Our modernized bathrooms will make you feel as if you're staying at a 5-star hotel, but when you go back out to the living room to relax with your loved ones you'll feel as if you're at home; Cozy is an understatement for the multitude of feelings that our home encapsulates. The home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms and 3 entire floors that are available for large families and friends.

My family and I had a great time in this house. It’s a great size and there was plenty to do. The house was clean and stocked. The owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Bachelor party was a success!

The whole trip up to this location was amazing the property was beautiful, clean and well managed. The beds were made and ready for us to come right in and really relax. The thing we loved was having the towels on the bed so each person knew exactly whose was whose. Since this was a bachelor party trip the house had amazing accommodations such as the pool table and grill we got a lot out of the house and we loved every second of it!All the rules that were set in place were easy to follow it was super easy to get in contact with the host for any questions we had. The cleanup instructions were also super easy to understand and we were able to go down the list and leave the house in perfect shape just as when we arrived. This was our first ever place I've stayed at before and I will say its gonna be hard to top it at any other location. Speaking of location it was down the road from the casino and restaurants that we went to. As for a final review I would give this location a 10/10 and would definitely be back!

6/10 Well equipped but Poorly Maintained

The headline summarizes the experiences. The property was sufficient for what we needed, but it was underwhelming relative to the price. Pros: There was plenty of space for guest and the kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of beds and most of the things you would need for a small event, from children toys to a poker table were available. The quality of these amenities is a perfect segway me to the long list of cons.Cons: -The lawn was completely unkempt, it appeared it hasn't been mowed in over a month. -The deck was littered with outside debris. - Every pool stick had a broken tip. Every board game had missing pieces and every deck of cards was incomplete, making it impossible to really participate in the entertainment.-The furniture looked extremely dated, worn and borderline dirty.-expired kitchen spices and essentials littered the cabinets.Given the long list of rules and the fact the home was completely Christmas themed, it seems very little attention/updating is given to this home. It comes across as a vacation home thats rented for some extra cash. Using “5-star” in the description is a far stretch for the quality of the property.For 300-500 per night, great experience. For close to 1,000 per night, look elsewhere.

Good place to stay for a large group

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was a large group of us and there was plenty of space.

Presidents day weekend

Nice house, walk in closet was a great makeshift room for our baby. The lack of carpet does make this a loud house, so nap time was difficult, but that won't be a problem for everyone. Close to Camelback and Great Wolf.

Cute home for girls trip

As I said, it was a cute house and spacious. We would have like to have more comfortable places to sit in the living room where the TV was as we could not watch a movie together. There were 8 of us and only space for 5 to sit. I would advise a wrap around set and some foot rests. Both in the main living area and the game room. We loved having use of the grill. The owner was very nice.

Excellent 1st Time Experience!

My cousins and our families loved this spacious, clean house which really had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay! Our host, Eteri, was accommodating and promptly responded to our questions and concerns. Our family had such a great time. Thank you so much Eteri! We loved our first time experience in the Poconos as a family :)

Very nice home.

Very nice home. It was very clean and close to casino, resorts, restaurants and activities making the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the neighbor’s dogs were allowed to roam onto the property’s backyard area to relieve themselves so we decided not to use the yard area and fire pit. A fenced in yard would be ideal due to the neighbors’ pets.

Thanksgiving family getaway.

The house was very clean, and well stocked with everything you might need while staying in a house rental. They really thought of everything. The house is spacious, there was enough room for the young and the old to spend time together. I agree with the suggestion that a bench can be placed by the front door in order to allow you to sit and take your shoes off. The house is in a good location. close to all the Pocono mountain attractions. I would recommend this property.

Home away from home

A very great house With the size of our family we needed a big house to fit the need and this house did just that. With four bedrooms and a gigantic common area and basement everyone had enough space to just roam around. A quite area away from traffic so no need to cover your ears when sleeping and there were many amenities to feel like you were at home. If anyone is looking to rent their next vacation I would recommend booking here. The owner Eteri is very responsive and friendly, our family will be back here to vacation again in the near future

Thanks to the host, we enjoyed peace & quietness, clean house, close stores & outlets, restaurants etc. Need something to sit on in master bathroom though. Will recommend it to friends &. family .
