Great Stay

5 stars all around. Location less than 5 minutes from Meads Bay is hard to beat. Pool was a perfect break from the Ocean. Bedrooms were spacious, AC kept the house cool and gym / movie theater were great amenities.

What an amazing villa!

Our stay at CG was luxurious! The villa is well appointed with everything you would need on the island, and in addition the service from Miss G. Everything was clean and very comfortable inside and out. I would highly recommend!

Five star space & service

Traveled with three couples and had a fabulous time at the villa. Great layout for three couples (or, we agreed, two couples and a few kids). We walked to the beach, to the Four Seasons, to the Tipsy Turtle. We had one car amongst us which was nice, but would have been easy to take taxis always, too. Geraldine made us feel like royalty every day and made the villa live like a hotel. So great, highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

Where should I start. The great communication and customer service from Genesis Properties stated before we even booked. I had several questions and they answered all within a timely manner and accommodated my family and I in the utmost possible way. We ended up booking the Chateau Genesis for just under 2 weeks. The pictures of this property does do it justice. My family and I were blown away by its beauty the minute we walked in. It was only 3 of us, so the house felt like a mansion. It was well thought out and put together, containing any and everything needed for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We had the lovely views of St. Marteen and beautiful ocean from the main bedroom on the 3rd floor. The huge pool in the backyard. The theater room came in handy with the most comfortable recliners, which made it hard for me to stay up. The ambiance and decor was just so inviting that it was definitely home away from home.The best part about this property was that it came with a Host/House Manager, Geraldine James, the absolute GOAT at what she does. She not only was that she quickly became a friend and now we look at her at like family. She was a special part of the trip and made us feel welcomed and told us what to try and where to go. She gave us some history about the wonderful country of Anguilla that may family has become to love. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!

Greig & Chrislyn Hughes are the owners of Chateau Genesis. Married for over 15 years with three wonderful children. The youngest of which is a girl named "Genesis". The villa was named after her as being her first castle / chateau. Chrislyn holds a Hospitality Degree from Johnson & Whales University and Greig has over 20 years in the Construction & Heavy Equipment industry. They both love to travel and have fun.

Château Genesis captures the essence of Caribbean elegance and design with its relaxed and refreshing living spaces. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, including one master suite with an outdoor shower. The master suites capture magnificent views of St. Martin. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans.

The villa is rented exclusively to one party at a time, so even if you choose the one bedroom option the entire villa and all its amenities and facilities are accessible to your party only.
