We absolutely adored this home and what a view, location and outstanding, timely communication with the property owner followed by a truly wonderful onsite property manager! We loved the look and feel of the home, the pool is phenomenal, the community and quick walk to the beach, store, great restaurants (we did not have a single bad meal - it was incredible food!). I would highly recommend to others and will hope to return to this place in the future as well! Many thanks!!!

This is a traditional caribbean style villa located In Orient Bay Village. You reserve this villa for the exterior. This is the absolute BEST pool area and terrace of all the villas we have rented in St Martin. I wanted a large pool area to swim in, and I wanted sweeping views of the ocean from the terrace and this was a perfect last minute find. There is a wonderful hammock on the terrace that catches the cool trade winds and has beautiful views. The villa is spacious (although we were only 2). The bedrooms all have AC. There are ceiling fans that cool the main living areas. But here you want to be out on the terrace (which has 2 dining areas) with the gorgeous views and that spectacular swimming pool. The grounds are lovely and really make this villa. And Dominque was very responsive to any issues that arose. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. We hope to return again.

This property was perfect. We went with 3 adult children. Everyone had their own space. We all spent most of our time on the back veranda overlooking the pool and ocean. Property manager was great. We would definitely go back.

We had a magnificent week at Villa Allamanda. It was our third visit to Orient Bay and this home did not disappoint. The property, pool and views and fantastic. Dominique, the housekeeper was so helpful and kind. He made our trip more memorable. The single downside was the non working air conditioning in our bedroom. Other than that, perfect. Highly recommended.

The pool, the views, and the atmosphere of the villa are some of its strongest features, and it’s great to know they helped make your week so enjoyable. Your kind words about Dominique are also much appreciated — he’ll be very pleased to hear that he made your stay even more memorable. We’re sorry again about the air-conditioning issue in your bedroom and have taken this point into account. Thank you for recommending Villa Allamanda, Adam. Having the property manager on site was absolutely amazing. The communication from the property owner and the individual managing the property was awesome. this property was recommended to us from someone I work with and I absolutely understand why! The experience was fantastic, the house was clean and safe, the access to local restaurants and the beach did not require a rental car if you don’t desire to have one. Dominique, the property manager was fantastic and giving us some great advice on where to visit as well. I would highly recommend this property for any family coming to visit. Bring your big spray though - the mosquitos were the only thing that surprised us!

Danielle, thank you for such a thoughtful review and for recommending the villa so warmly. We’re especially pleased that you appreciated having Dominique on site and found the communication smooth throughout your stay. His local knowledge is a real asset, so it’s great to hear that his recommendations helped you make the most of the island. We’re also glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, the sense of security, and the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants without necessarily needing a car. And yes, the mosquitoes can occasionally be part of tropical life, especially depending on the weather, so insect repellent is always a useful item to have on hand. We’d be very happy to welcome you and your family back on a future trip to Saint Martin.

Great property in ideal location!

We had a fantastic time at the Baie Orientale house. It was very spacious for our 6 guests and in immaculate condition provided by Bernadette the housekeeper. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, food market, etc., but the right distance for a very private accommodation. Definitely would recommend, and look forward to visiting again.

Host and house manager were very responsive and easy to contact. Showed up with any concerns or questions. Orient Bay is the best place to stay with families, quaint and quiet, laid back and family friendly with easy access to necessities like the food market and beach. The pool and open kitchen were my personal favorites. Would stay here again no questions asked. No complaints at all.
