La villa Allamanda est une très spacieuse demeure située dans le Parc sécurisé de la Baie Orientale, côté français.

Elle offre de nombreux atouts pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis :

Décorée et meublée dans le style typiquement caribéen, la villa Allamanda offre une vue spectaculaire sur la Baie Orientale, l'ile de Tintamarre, l'ilet Pinel, Caye verte et au loin Saint Barthélemy.

Elle possède un vaste salon traversant équipé de 4 ventilateurs de plafond, non climatisé, avec cuisine américaine, une large terrasse ombragée, et quatre grandes chambres climatisées.

Trois chambres sont équipés de lits King size et une avec deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être regroupé en un lit double. Chacune des chambres est équipée d'une salle de bains.

Construite sur le flanc d'une colline la villa est nichée dans un jardin exotique de 3500 m². Vous profiterez de beaucoup d'intimité.

L'immense plage de sable blanc d'Orient Bay accessible en 10 minutes à pieds, propose des restaurants de plage et toutes les activités nautiques ou tout simplement farniente et bronzage.

Des restaurants traditionnels, des bars et commerces se trouvent également dans la résidence près de la plage.

La villa est protégée par une alarme.

Vous profiterez d'un parking privé protégé par un portail fermé.

Vous pouvez facilement circuler à pied dans le parc :

* La plage et ses activités nautiques est située à 650 mètres.

* Les commerces et restaurants sont seulement à 500 mètres de la villa.

Si vous préférez prendre la voiture, le stationnement est facile et gratuit partout.

A La Baie Orientale, vous profiterez de sa longue plage et de ses sports nautiques ainsi que de ses nombreux bars et restaurants de plage.

Pour vos soirées, les restaurants et bars traditionnels vous accueilleront.

We absolutely adored this home and what a view, location and outstanding, timely communication with the property owner followed by a truly wonderful onsite property manager! We loved the look and feel of the home, the pool is phenomenal, the community and quick walk to the beach, store, great restaurants (we did not have a single bad meal - it was incredible food!). I would highly recommend to others and will hope to return to this place in the future as well! Many thanks!!!

We had a magnificent week at Villa Allamanda. It was our third visit to Orient Bay and this home did not disappoint. The property, pool and views and fantastic. Dominique, the housekeeper was so helpful and kind. He made our trip more memorable. The single downside was the non working air conditioning in our bedroom. Other than that, perfect. Highly recommended.

Having the property manager on site was absolutely amazing. The communication from the property owner and the individual managing the property was awesome. this property was recommended to us from someone I work with and I absolutely understand why! The experience was fantastic, the house was clean and safe, the access to local restaurants and the beach did not require a rental car if you don’t desire to have one. Dominique, the property manager was fantastic and giving us some great advice on where to visit as well. I would highly recommend this property for any family coming to visit. Bring your big spray though - the mosquitos were the only thing that surprised us!

perfect family home

this beautifully located villa with a nice view, had everything we needed: large bedrooms each with own fully equiped bathroom. Lots of very pleasant indoor and outdoor space and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Beach, restaurants and small supermarket at walking distance (10 minutes).The caretaker was very helpful!All the ingredients for a perfect holiday.

Great Location in St. Martin

Family vacation with 8 adults and two toddlers. Hosts were easily accessible and very accommodating. Dominique went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. View is amazing. We spent all of our time on the back terrace and pool area when we were at the house.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautiful and the view is remarkable. We traveled with our teenage sons and my sister and her partner. There was plenty of space and we liked the house setup. The outdoor area is fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Host and house manager were very responsive and easy to contact. Showed up with any concerns or questions. Orient Bay is the best place to stay with families, quaint and quiet, laid back and family friendly with easy access to necessities like the food market and beach. Great property in ideal location!

We had a fantastic time at the Baie Orientale house. It was very spacious for our 6 guests and in immaculate condition provided by Bernadette the housekeeper. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, food market, etc., but the right distance for a very private accommodation. Definitely would recommend, and look forward to visiting again.

Glorious Trip

Our stay at Villa Allamanda was glorious. Our family of seven checked in with Dominique and he was available whenever we needed him. Always greeting us with a smile and pleasant disposition. The location is perfectly located at Orient Bay. The beach club is great and plenty of restaurants to visit during our stay. We hope to definitely stay here again next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My friends and I came to stay at this property for my birthday. It was exactly as expected and even exceeded our expectations. The property manager was lovely and responsive and the house had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would book again.

A beautiful property in Paradise

The house is wonderful for a family vacation. The pool is excellent, kitchen excellent bedrooms Excelent. The beast part of your stay is Dominique the on site property manager he is kind and. Very helpful.

Notre villa familiale est un vrai petit coin de Paradis idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Cette magnifique villa avec piscine privée se trouve au Nord Est de la partie française de Saint Martin dans la résidence du Parc de la Baie Orientale.
Elle est très spacieuse et entourée par un jardin exotique de 3.500 m².
Décorée et meublée dans le style typiquement antillais.
Une piscine de 10 m par 5,50 m face à la mer avec un jacuzzi chauffée surélevé et débordant dans le bassin principal.
