Stunning Lakeside Retreat: Delavan Lake Home w/ Lake Views & Private Lake Access


We’d love to host you in our newly built, five bedroom lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a finished basement, complete with a bunk room and foosball table for the kids. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the family room and the basement hangout area. Enjoy a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

We have two other homes listed on VRBO that are also new builds
- 6br/5ba lakeside home with a dock (4047051),

- 5br/3ba lake view home (4718007)

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

Any evidence of smoking inside the house is a minimum $5,000 cleaning fee.

We do allow up to 14 guests but due to the extra clean up required there is a fee of $18 added per stay for any guest over 8.

The house was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully functional and stocked with cooking equipment. Every room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Will try and stay during warmer weather next time.

We just had a wonderful Christmas celebration with all of our family at this beautiful home. The floor plan on the main floor makes it enjoyable for large groups to have small gatherings for conversations and activities without disturbing others watching a game on TV. The downstairs is setup for teenagers and young adults who want to hang out in their own space. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The host even decorated for Christmas for us. Overall I would give this an excellent review.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We (moms and daughters) very much enjoyed our stay! The house was large with plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back!

Christmas Get-away

Our family loved getting away to this beautiful new home for a few days. We had Christmas there and it was great- Kyle had a tree and lights and made it festive. Definitely recommend this house !

This beautiful home was just right for 9 high school friends celebrating 55+ years of friendship. The well-equipped kitchen was great for organizing and preparing snacks and meals. Lovely house in a great location. Spacious with acceptable amenities. That said we chose the property for a holiday stay and found that the house was not winter ready, the driveway was icy making it unsafe and very difficult to walk on. Although advertised as a luxury property the interiors lacked finer details and decor and amenities that would justify its luxury rating. In particular a poorly functioning shower in one bedroom, moldy shower curtain. Not what we were expecting when compared to other Vrbo properties we have stayed with similar rating and price.

Hi Jayawardhan. Sorry to hear that the home wasn't to your standard. It's definitely "winter" ready. In fact we've had five parties through in December alone. You came during an unusually BIG snow storm- we had the snowplow out twice and we salted three times but we can't stop the snow from coming! We checked the shower curtain and it wasn't moldy. There are some water marks on the bottom. Again, sorry that it wasn't perfect for you.

Mahjongg and Merriment Getaway

Eight friends spent two days enjoying lots of laughs and endless games of mahjongg in this beautiful space. We took time to sit on the rockers to enjoy the fall colors and views of the lake and to have some fun at area restaurants and pubs. This house is so comfortable and well equipped.

We had a great time staying on this property. Kyle was very easy to get a hold of. Property is beautiful! Beds were all very comfortable. Used the marina to rent a pontoon boat 2 times. Nicole was very accommodating. Would love to stay on this property again!

Awesome house and experience

Great house, great property, great location. Kyle was super easy to communicate with, made the whole process easy for us. House is amazing, brand new and comfy, easily slept 9 adults and could accommodate more. Friends reunion

We were a group of friends of over 50 years who got together. The house was ideal and well equipped. Location was ideal. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was extremely cooperative and responsive . We highly recommend this place for big groups.

This is our summer home and we're excited to share it with you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It's a brand new home, extremely clean and with all of the essentials. Being there is serene, surrounded by trees in the woods with views and sounds of the lake and a fireplace inside and a great porch with rocking chairs outside. A short walk to restaurants and shops. Deer run through the property frequently throughout the day. The beds are high end and very comfortable. The internet is fast and there are tv's in every room if you need to retreat. The basement is perfect for kids and families with a games and a bunk room.
