Kill Devil Hills West Side 🌊 Ocean Views - Walk to Restaurants⛳ Mini-Golf

Centrally located in a quiet, mostly year-round residential neighborhood in northern Kill Devil Hills near Kitty Hawk, this house has ocean views and is within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf, and a multi-use path with gazebos to enjoy sunsets on the sound.

This house will feel like home. Bike or walk to the beach at the Helga St. light or take advantage of one of the Outer Banks many free, public accesses with parking all along the "beach road".

We have comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of deck space including a screened in porch, bikes, and beach gear.

Holly's is a perfect landing pad for your beach adventures. The ground-level entry from the carport features laundry facilities, a drink fridge, bikes, and beach gear.

In the carport under the house is an outdoor shower, gas grill, and outdoor furniture for hanging out while grilling.

Upstairs on the second level are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom on this level features a queen-sized bed, the second features a king-size bed, and the third features a single over double bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs with streaming TV.

The top-level features a living area, dining room for 6-8 people, a full kitchen, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and deck and direct bathroom access.

There is also outdoor furniture on the front deck with ocean views as well as a small screened-in, covered porch off the living area for enjoying the outdoors in rainy times.

Please note that this is a vacation rental and not a hotel. (We mean that in the absolute nicest way!) You will need to roll trash carts out for trash pickup, do dishes, etc., and leave the house reasonably as you found it.

If you use the grill, please clean it before departure for the next guests. Our cleaners do not clean grills.

We provide one set of bath towels per expected guest. We do not provide beach towels.

We provide at least the first roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Additional needs are the guests' responsibility.
