- House COPACABANA on Čiovo - in Okrug Gornji consists of 4 bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 terraces with a sea view and a private parking.

There is a 'portable' 5m x 3m pool available in summer between June 1 and September 15. The house has a yard, sitting area, patio with a grill (BBQ) and a dining area. Beach is just 4 minutes away with a car. If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families, couples, etc.

The space

House "Copacabana" consists of ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor.
Ground floor has a spacious bedroom with 2 beds (one is a pullout) where 3 adults can sleep comfortably. On the ground floor there is also a small fridge, water boiler and coffee maker. 1st floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. Finally, the 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, of which each can accommodate up to 2 adults, bathroom, 2 terraces. Every bedroom in the house has its own air conditioning. There is also a cot on which a child of up to 4 years can sleep. There are 2 internet routers in the house so there is great high-speed Wi-Fi coverage throughout the whole property, making this place suitable for remote work as well.

Overall area has 535 m2. House has 175 m2 and the outside area has 360 m2. Parking for up to 3 cars is right behind the house.

In the yard alongside the seating and dining areas you also can barbecue using the modern and portable grill or a stone fireplace.

Guest access

This house is rented only as a complete unit so your group will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa. Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal, available only for you as our guests.

This is one of the rare properties with optical fibre internet speed of 200+ mbps, ideal for digital nomads and WFH.

The beach and a large market "Tommy" is on a 4 minutes distance with a car.

Other things to note

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

During July and August, check-ins (arrivals) and check-outs (departures) can only be on the weekends, but we can be flexible - message us before to check if we can arrange it differently for you.

Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise).

This is a holiday home in a quiet neighborhood, not a party house. Therefore, it is ideal for families, couples or business travel.
