You will love sitting on the screened-in porch and enjoying a cold beverage after a nice day frolicking in the sand. Or you might as well hit the fully enclosed backyard. The backyard features a propane grill, perfect for warm-weather barbecues, a deck with a picnic table and patio chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to happily play. Inside, the living area boasts a large TV and a cozy C-shaped sofa. Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, however, you can find extra dining space at the breakfast bar, which seats more people if needed. This home does not have heat.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
