2BR / 2 condo condo à louer à Dewey Beach. Bay View et à seulement un demi-pùté de maisons de Rudder Town. 4 à 6 personnes.

Vous cherchez des locataires, en commençant MAINTENANT.

Du porche trois saisons, il y a des vues sur la marina de Rehoboth et la baie. Mises Ă  niveau rĂ©centes avec revĂȘtements de sol, peinture, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et comptoirs en granit flambant neufs.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux jumeaux. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a aussi un futon situé dans le solarium pour dormir davantage. Il y a aussi un lave-linge séchant dans l'unité.
Nous sommes à une distance de marche de la plage, à un pùté de maisons, et situé sur la baie avec accÚs à une plage privée sur la baie.
Inclus avec le loyer est un parking pour 2 voitures!

My girl friends and I went for Labor Day weekend and had a great stay! The location is so close to all the restaurants/bars/and beach. The host was very responsive throughout the trip.

Fantastic vacation! Hosts are helpful and the nice. Their place is beautiful, view of the bay, walking distance to all restaurants in Dewey! Beach is block and a half away. There is plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and chilling! We will be back next year for sure!!

Great rental, great location

I really liked the proximity to both the bay and the beach. Both were within walking distance. In addition, the rental was very affordable and clean. Great experience!

Perfect stay

It was an amazing place to stay with a ton of room. It was so nice to be within walking distance of all the bars in Dewey Beach. Would stay there again!!!!!

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Kris was an amazing Host! Extremely responsive to any and all questions & very flexible regarding timing of our arrival check out. The community is quiet and conveniently located on the bayside & just one block from the Beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset on the Bay from the small community beach at the end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Worked out for 2 couples. Perfect location for walking to the beach, bay or any of the local establishments. Was not as cleanly as I would have liked. Lots of dust, trash, old clothes under the beds and bathroom vanity, clothing in some of the dressers, sand on the couches. There was both a coffee pot and a Keurig. We could not get the Keurig to work so we used the standard pot. Nothing detrimental that we felt the need to bother the host about. Overall good stay!

Nice place, great location

We really enjoyed our time here - the location is great - close enough to walk to the beach and Dewey restaurants and shops. The place was very comfortable for my wife, myself, and our 10yo kids. We would stay here again.

Awesome time great place

Came here for a girls trip had such a great time! Location was perfect for us, quiet and unbothered by any neighbors. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us! 2 pull outs 2 twins and a queen bed. Very clean overall we hope to stay here again!

Property was nice. Super comfortable for us 6. We misunderstood what floor of the building this listing was for- it is the first floor so you don’t really get the bay view. And unfortunately the night we arrived there was some local flooding and this property’s parking spots were in shin deep water, it receded by the next morning.We did not reach out to the owner as there really was no issue, it’s just something to think about if you have a small car.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) to cook and made it so much easier to be able to provide breakfast instead of eating out every meal.We mostly walked during our stay, everything is pretty close and it was an easy walk.

We grew up going to the beach in the Summer. Dewey is a great town with active night life and a great place to take kids. Being only about 2 miles wide you have choices between the bay and the ocean. The beaches are beautiful and fun all summer long. The neighboring beach in Rehoboth Beach has some great places to eat and take the kids. Some of our favorites in Rehoboth are Funland, and Grottos. You can also spend hours walking on the boardwalk.

Anchor Way is a great street in Dewey. It is the last street in Dewey located right off the bay. It's a quiet location but still conveniently located to everything. No need to get in your car once you get here!

The 3 season sun porch has great views of the Marina. Also with the ever difficult time finding parking, the 2 provided spaces will come in handy. The unit is cozy providing fun summer colors painted in each room!
