The fantastic layout of the townhome allows for plenty of gathering spaces, and quiet spots on balconies accessed from each bedroom and living area. Relax in the comfort of the living room, cook together in the well-equipped kitchen and dine at the table for six. Additional perks include a private gas grill, washer/dryer, and a cozy fireplace.

We had a great stay at this beach house!

We had a great stay at your home. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The balconies provided a little extra space to chill. We had a great beach week with the family. Thank you for renting us your home! Minor: dishwasher was broken when we arrived but fixed on day 5 of our stay.

Big, beautiful house conveniently located to beach

The house is a beautiful house with a good gathering area for family. It has a nice large kitchen with plenty of room for everyone and nice decks. I loved the wood floors, lots of windows and decks! It nice and close to the beach. I only wished the cleaning crew had done a little better job.

Nice location

The home is close to the beach which is nice. While the home is large, it could definitely use a deep cleaning and some updates to make the stay more comfortable.

Most welcoming and organized house in a perfect location!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one would need to feel at home away from home. Labels throughout the kitchen are extremely useful! The house was spotless at the check-in. The Vacasa staff has been helpful from the start to finish. And the location is just perfect - we were just a few minutes away from the beach. The balconies on all levels and sides are an added bonus. A must-visit!

Perfect location, very clean and fully equipped house, just a few steps from the beach. No nearby grocery stores or shopping of any kind - if you need anything, you need to drive at least 10 min (which is really nothing). The team is very communicative and helpful.

Great location!

We loved our stay. The location was great. The rooms were clean and organized. Upstairs kitchen had many amenities including 3 coffee makers ;) the outside covered porches made anytime of the day nice to sit and enjoy the ocean view. A working vacuum would have been great for quick clean up. Our kids loved the loft area and outdoor shower. We will book again!

Better than the listing!

This place was breathtaking! The views kept coming — first it was the balconies; then we realized we could see the ocean from the great room and primary bedroom! As if being steps from the private beach wasn’t enough! We have a small family of five and it was farr too much space for us — but it would have been perfect if we had another family to share it with. This space would be great for a family or friend retreat — there would be ample space! When we arrived, the inside was spotless. The outdoor decks were virtually unusable due to pollen on the first and second floor decking. The top floor deck area off of the primary bathroom had broken glass from the outdoor light. There was no broom to sweep (one that was rusted completely was discovered off of the main space but
 rust) and the vacuum was not functioning. We ended up not being able to use the outdoor deck spaces, which was disappointing. Beds were comfy. Linens were clean and in great shape. We had enough supplies to last us. And everything in the kitchen is labeled!!! This was a fantastic stay. There is one thing to note, however. The condo is very tall, and sways in the wind a bit. We have a family member that gets motion sick, and they spent the first three days of our weeklong stay getting very sick. It wasn’t until a storm came through and the chandelier was swinging over the dining table that we put it together. We ended up leaving early (motion sickness is no fun) but as long as our family member stayed on a lower floor, they were ok. This shouldn’t be a deal breaker — but definitely something to note.

Great Access to the Beach!

This was the perfect spot to bring our family for a beach week. The beach was only steps away from the front door and there was a great foodie spot at the end of the block if you are looking for happy hour or dinner. Additionally, the house came with a grille and extra beach toys and chairs. One item to note is that the master suite is at the very top of the house which is three flights of stairs so not for the faint of heart.

Great Property not far from the beach at all

Great Property not far from the beach at all. Was able to walk back if you forgot something on the beach and not feel like you were gone for an hour. Had everything you would want to see in a rental for a family. Traveled with 1 year old and 7 year old and they felt at home. Over all house was very nice and any issues we had were quickly resloved.
