We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. The home is older but equipped with everything one would need. Good bedroom space, but they could use new mattresses. The host was excellent and very accommodating.

Convenient walk to Bethany

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the walkable location. The condo was nicely decorated, with a cozy seating area. We wished the beds had been softer, but the convenience of walking to the beach was wonderful.

Great spot on the edge of town

We lived out family get away. It’s a couple block away from the main strip but not too far from the beach and easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Property was clean and more than comfortable. What a great place!

Garfield Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sean's home. it is decorated nicely and was just big enough to accommodate our needs. Sean was very responsive when we had a question or concern. There was a housekeeping hiccup when we first arrived and resolved within 2 hours. If I may add a suggestion regarding the information on the listing, the workout area is very small with a treadmill in a very warm porch area. It really was not usable in the very hot weather we had during our stay. But this is a minor thing that could use clarification on the listing. If I was able to give this place a 4.5 that would be my overall rating. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Bethany Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay during our mini vacation. The property was well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the owner (Sean) was very easy and he provided us with a wealth of information regarding what to bring down, great places to eat, and places to visit during our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to downtown Bethany and set back far enough off of route 26 to not see/feel the traffic. We would absolutely stay here again!
