Our newly renovated, beautifully designed home is centrally located to west of Downtown Atlanta with walking distance to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, minutes away from Beltline access, half a mile from Marta transit station, and just a short drive to World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, and all of Atlanta’s hot-spots.

Beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom ranch home in one of Atlanta’s most sought after Westside neighborhoods with hyper central access for transportation via train, car, bicycle, and foot.
Our home features the perfect open floor plan ideal for the entertainer at heart. Having to engage in a lot of activities at the AUC, this home was very convenient. It was actually a seven minute walk to all of the activities where I did not have to be in traffic. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The host was also responsive to questions. I will definitely be utilizing the space again

Great property for the price point.

Friends and I stay and liked the modern touches the house has. This property has everything you need and it’s close to downtown without having to deal with all the chaos of it. The only thing I would say is there are a few spots in the flooring that need to be repaired.

Hidden Gem

Lovely 4 bedroom home with lots of space to relax and spread out. Beds are very comfortable and the whole property is very clean. Surrounding area is a mix of old and new but we felt safe our whole stay. Large kitchen with ample space to cook and eat dinner. Property owners are very easy to get a hold of-we had a minor issue that was resolved very quickly over facetime. Really enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend.

House was great! Only two notes: the screen porch hadn’t been cleaned or prepped for guests, and the floorboards were uneven and separated from the sub flooring in some places. We still really enjoyed the property!

Great space

The space was great with plenty of room for everyone. Host was available and very responsive- we had a smoke alarm battery beeping and once the host was notified- someone was there to fix it within the hour! Very impressive. Decor was great.

Ok place if you’re not alone

Dangerous neighborhood. Cameras in house. Filthy outside seating areas. Workmen Nextdoor cat calling . Roaches very big ones. Floors are coming up. Policy is crazy.

Tough call

The location is perfect for downtown Atlanta, Morehouae, etc. The property is nice and was comfortable. However - the floor is literally rotting away beneath your feet. There are numerous places where the vinyl flooring gives way by an inch or more when you step. Additionally the master suite floor is pitched about 5 degrees. We liked the place and it was a comfortable stay, just be careful where you step.
