House is spacious, near places we were going. We loved the back porch used it a lot. Owner responsive, place clean, all thought beds had good mattresses. “Charming” neighborhood —not so much.

The neighborhood is going through an exciting rebirth, with many newly renovated homes (like this one), several under construction, and a fair amount of urban blight ready for the next phase. We enjoyed Christmas in this house with our grandsons ages two and four. We had to make some adjustments as a few items were not “toddler friendly.” This place would be ideal for a football weekend. It’s only about a mile from Mercedes-Benz Stadium!

Great location, awesome property

Came in for the national championship game. House was conveniently located near the stadium and other areas of downtown. Quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed for the stay.

Great property and owner

Everything was great and quick response. We have few guest come to stay. We needed more bath towels and was delivered asap. Great pick for our volleyball tournament needs.

Great vacation home in ATL

We had a great stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family visit for graduation. We loved the deck and living room, especially the couch. The kitchen was spacious and accommodating for family cooking. Every bedroom has fans and smart tvs. Best of all, for our Atlanta visit, everything was within 15mins of the house. That was great for us and helped us save a ton on gas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be coming again.

We were in town for a Braves game and stayed at this property so we could all be together with family. We fell in love with the house! It was quiet with no neighbor noise. We loved being able to sit on the back porch. Part of our stay we went to the Coke Museum and it was literally only a mile away. Great location, clean property, and very helpful owner. Some road work was being done and the owner let us know before we got there just to expect. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
