Having a family reunion, wedding, graduation, or other large gathering near Lexington? We are 5 min To Southern Oaks Event Venue and 10 to 12 minutes to Heron Hills venue. This is the perfect lakefront paradise right on beautiful Lake Murray for your gathering of 14. In this two homes in one , charming home there are two king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms. - ask us about additional sleeping arrangements/spaces if needed. There are two half baths, three fullïżŒ bathrooms, two full kitchens, three living area spaces, three smart TV's, two dining areas, two covered patios, two BBQ grills and a laundry room.

There is easy access to the lake for swimming, kayaking or just floating on a tube! Enjoy watching a movie in the living room on the large 75-inch flat screen TV complete with professional surround-sound for a movie theater experience. Roast hot dogs and marshmallows by an evening lakeside campfire and grill your favorite foods. Ask about the use of our kayaks.

Private lake tours & guided fishing tours available right next door. Multiple Lakefront Restaurants within minutes by car or boat!

**NOTE** Although we are a lakefront property, we do NOT have a dock. However, Siesta Cove Marina is a two minute walk (or 1 min. drive) where you can launch your own boat, or rent a pontoon boat.

Experience world-class fishing with 500 miles of coastline on Lake Murray. Explore multiple tree-covered islands, beautiful coves, beaches, and stunning shoreline mansions. Enjoy a walk or bike ride down the quiet roads and trails nearby. Don’t forget binoculars for abundant wildlife viewing including osprey, herons, turtles, deer and one of the largest bird migrations in America (Purple Martins).

Nearby attractions include the River Bank Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Harbison State Park, The Palmetto Trail, the Saluda River Walk, nightlife in downtown Columbia including live music, tapas bars and several good restaurants. Icehouse Amphitheater is 15 mins away and has live concerts. Many are free. Many people come to this area for The Augusta National Golf Course and the Master's Golf Tournament. Irmo, Chapin, Columbia, Prosperity, and Batesburg Leesville are some of the surrounding towns. We love hosting and are looking forward to providing you with an amazing stay on Lake Murray in South Carolina!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The property offers stunning lake views from every level, which made our experience truly special. The house itself is tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. Soccer weekend

Clean, peaceful, homey, beautiful view.

Lower level of the owner’s house but doesn’t feel like you’re sharing space. The furniture, the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are newly furnished. Lovely place to stay. The lake as the sun comes up is gorgeous.

Beautiful and clean property

We were visiting the area for a lacrosse tournament and this was a perfect choice for a place to stay. We loved the cleanliness and the lake view. The kids loved the zip line! Would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect Space

We had a family wedding in Gilbert and were lucky to have found Mark and Ruth’s fantastic place with a beautiful view and awesome kitchen. They were wonderful hosts and available for any questions or needs. We look forward to staying here again!

We stayed 3 days while we were looking for property in the area. The house is tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed and sofa are very comfortable. It’s quiet and overall a peaceful stay.

We lived, worked and played in Colorado for over 20 years, but the dream of living on a beautiful lakefront brought us here to South Carolina! We love the outdoors, mountain biking, skiing, dirtbike riding, hiking and playing pickle ball. We also love to play music on various instruments and especially love swing dancing!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street. No through traffic! Our nearby neighbor is a fishing guide pro and we love that sometimes you'll look out the window and in the distance see him taking excited people on fishing adventures. We love all the different Lake views you get when you walk through the neighborhood especially Rock Island Rd. and crooked Road. And one point there is a lake on both sides of the road. We love watching the wildlife on the lake such as blue herons, ducks, eagles, Osprey, turtles, etc.
