Pleasure Point est situé sur un point offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Murray, à Gilbert, en Caroline du Sud.

Cette maison exécutive peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes, avec une maison principale et un studio au-dessus du garage, elle est parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Cette maison bénéficie d'une grande vue sur l'eau avec un porche enveloppant qui comprend un gazebo drapé de glycines avec un foyer pour la torréfaction Smore en soirée et une zone protégée par des ventilateurs pour échapper à la chaleur.

Il y a aussi une plage de sable où les enfants peuvent se divertir. L'eau entière de la propriété commence peu à peu et devient progressivement profonde, ce qui est parfait pour que les petits enfants jouent avec un parent.

La maison a un quai avec l'année autour de l'eau et une excellente pêche pour Striper. Il y a aussi un ascenseur à bateau qui pourrait être ajusté sur arrangement pour ceux qui cherchent une location à long terme.

La maison principale dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains et demi. La chambre principale à l'étage dispose d'un balcon privé avec vue imprenable, lit king size Serta et salle de bain complète avec sol en marbre, douche debout, baignoire jacuzzi et toilettes avec bidet français.

La deuxième chambre dans la maison principale est également à l'étage avec un grand lit superposé.

La chambre du bas dans la maison principale est grande avec un lit queen size (nouveau matelas Serta).

Il y a aussi un studio ci-joint au-dessus du garage avec une cuisine complète, un lit king size et des lits jumeaux, une cuisine, un salon et une salle de bain complète.

La maison a des planchers de bois franc et / ou des carreaux et des comptoirs en granit avec un concept de plancher ouvert, tout ce que vous recherchez dans un cadre de direction, de la vue sur le lac, à la surface habitable de 3800 pieds carrés. des eaux du lac Murray.

House was wonderful. Everything we neededWe stayed for graduation weekend and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind in between celebrations we had. The house has everything you need. Host was responsive when contacted. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be is to have 2 sets of keys for the house so that any guests staying in apartment above garage have their own access.

Great Lake House Retreat

Guys trip

Had a great experience golfing and fishing on the lake. Owners were easy to contact and allowed an early check in, as well as providing dining recommendations in the area. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Lake Front Paradise

The house is perfect for a family reunion. It is large, comfortable and located on a point of land with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The Tucci's are extremely accomodating and quick to respond to any reasonable requests. I highly recommend this property for a restful and entertaining getaway!

Fabulous Lakehouse and owners

Everything was just perfect for our son’s graduation weekend from USC! Very spacious home with so many areas to relax and enjoy the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and it was very easy to dock at the property. Memories for a lifetime and we would love to come back sometime soon! The South Carolina Gamecock decor throughout the home was an added surprise that everyone loved! Thank you Tami😘

Wonderful Lake House!

This is a terrific property on Lake Murray! We had extended family for USC graduation, and really enjoyed the house. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the beds were comfortable, everything was super clean. I would note that we didn’t notice the 2nd bedroom upstairs doesn’t have its own bathroom- but we made it work. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and toured the lake, which I highly recommend! Thanks for a very memorable weekend!!

One of the best vacations ever!

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. Perfect VRBO for getting away, relaxing and enjoying God's creation! Both Sunrises and Sunsets over the water right from your front and side porches. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lots of little get away spots to enjoy some quiet time, but also, a great place for gathering together and enjoying meals, games and fellowship. I hope that some day we can return. Thank you Tammy and Matt for sharing this awesome place.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Some family couldn’t come so that was disappointing. We had our elderly mom with us (93) so getting around was difficult. The house was clean on inside but definitely could use pressure washing and some upkeep especially screen porch. Soap for showers could have been provided and more paper towels. Overall, we had a nice stay and it was comfortable.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the lake! The house is as described. It is a true family house with spectacular views and outdoor space. It does not feel like a five-star resort, but I do not mean that negatively. The screen porch and gazebo are lovely. The kitchen is adequate -- coffee pot needed help but the Keurig works fine. The sunsets were just incredible. It's an easy drive to Publix, a bit farther to Starbucks, and Columbia is a bit of a hike. We enjoyed the big cozy living room with enough space for several adults to lounge; nice flat yard for a lowcountry boil and space for the kids to sidewalk-chalk; wanted to enjoy the fire pit but it was a bit windy/chilly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! This was the perfect getaway for both kids and adults. The views were breathtaking, and there was always something to enjoy. The fishing was great, and one of our favorite parts was watching the wildlife—we saw deer every evening and even spotted one swimming across the water! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave when our trip was over. We made so many wonderful memories here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat!

The property was as advertised and family friendly. The kitchen was better equipped than many of the places we have stayed before. The view from the porch and gazebo was perfect for enjoying the sunset. The yard allowed great games of cornhole and spike ball. The screened in porch furniture and linens were a little dated but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our trip. We will definitely consider this property in the future.

Masters Trip w Friends

Nice home located directly on beautiful point on Lake Murray SC. Perfect for 3 couples as it has 3 full baths. One of the 4 bedrooms has double bed, good for children. Loft apartment is cozy however acesss through garage and one of the other bedrooms is slightly awkward. Owners are extrememly helpful and very accomodating. House is very nice albeit a little dated. Large kitchen and comfortable living spaces.

This home is located at the end of an island with a 'big' water view of Lake Murray sunrises and sunsets. Its' iron fence adorned with a Gamecock is just one of the many features of University of South Carolina memorabilia in the home.
