The Peaceful Placitas Mountain Retreat is located between Santa Fe and Albuquerque.

This lovely home is ideal for anyone seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, for talent or crew working on local productions and for those visiting friends and family. With stunning mountain views and wild horses passing through from time to time, the home is relaxing with many amenities to keep you entertained and inspired.

The space
The home has a large living room with a fireplace, projector and sound bar for epic movie nights. As well as an amp and microphones for karaoke nights if you’re in to that! The large kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to make yourself at home.

The bedrooms are stylishly decorated with a comfy king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom which can be stored in the closet if you wish to use the 3rd bedroom as yoga, meditation or filming studio, it can also be used as a play room.

Outside we have a brand new courtyard and patio with a hot tub, fire pit, patio set and a shaded area to enjoy the views.

I’ve spent the last 2-years loving decorating this home for myself, friends and family to enjoy. We travel a lot and so I wanted to make it available for others to enjoy while we are away.

Guest access
You'll have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living area, 2-car garage and the 1.5 acre property.

Other things to note
We are quite far out in Placitas, the house is located about 19 minutes off the 25 freeway. However it only takes about 30 minutes in to Albuquerque and 50 minutes to Santa Fe.

It is a peaceful community with friendly neighbours. If you are looking for a party house, do not book this home. We have security cameras outside and if we get complaints from neighbours you will be asked to leave.

We will need you to sign a basic agreement in order to confirm the booking.

House trained dogs and cats are allowed however you must disclose that before booking. You will be responsible for any damage your animal causes and there may be additional cleaning fees if it is required.

Long stays are preferred.
