Cette confortable maison de plain-pied est située dans le magnifique quartier Northeast Heights d'Albuquerque, offrant un accÚs aux commerces, aux divertissements et aux activités de plein air.

Il est idéalement situé à cÎté de l'I-25, facilitant l'accÚs aux studios de cinéma, au centre-ville, au parc Balloon Fiesta, au casino Sandia, au centre de conventions et aux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables.

La maison est équipée de 1 lit king size en coton bio, (Master) 1 lit queen, (Chambre) 2 lits jumeaux, (Chambre) et 1 lit de repos avec un lit gigogne. (Vestibule)

Wonderful stay! This place was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal. Close to hiking and shopping. Space was clean, cozy and roomy. All essentials were provided and appreciated. The patio was a comfortable spot to sit outside. The dog loved the grass and area to play.

While the house was clean, it was apparent that there was poor upkeep on the house like closet doors off the track, the caulking in the master bath tub was not done by a professional, the house needed updating especially in the master bathroom, the tub in the bathroom was difficult to get into as you had to step over the side of the massive tub without anything to hold onto, one of the bedrooms was incredibly hot, the vent could not be closed and it was apparent that the owner knew this as there was a portable fan in the room, the fourth bedroom was a sunroom, while an adult could sleep there I would be uncomfortable having a child sleep there, I wouldn’t stay there again, there was a note by the front door with a QR code stating that you could use to rebook again directly to cut out the middleman.

Location was good. Some walkability. Nice dog park nearby. It’s a decent place, especially if you have a pet or larger group.Host/owner needs to trim back the landscaping so that there are not so many mosquitoes.

Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Nice mountain view while walking the neighborhood. Best sleep Ive gotten in a while and I don't get that in any hotel. So glad I booked this property! I will book it again. Thank you Jake!

Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Balloon fiesta fun!

It was a really wonderful stay, there was 7 of us and was very cozy and comfortable. Was close to the balloon park, casino, restaurants, shopping. Was great!!

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

In those 27 years, I really learned how to take care of my guests! I am now doing something I love in providing great experiences for my guests that stay in our home. I have been married to my lovely wife for going on 24 years and have two girls ages 19 and 14. I love to spend most of my free time traveling with my family. We love exploring or spending time at the lake, river, or beach. I pride myself on being available for my guests any time by responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails. I understand how I want to be treated when traveling and know that I have the same standards with my guests.

This was my first and still favorite short term home in this neighborhood. I absolutely love this neighborhood because it is the neighborhood I live in, and choose to raise my family in. It is one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Albuquerque. I also love it because it is convenient to every single thing Albuquerque has to offer. It is only 5 minutes from Balloon Fiesta park, so it is amazing to stay at for the Fiesta! The Hot Air Balloons fly right over the house! The home is also convenient to I-25 (less than a mile) which will take you to Santa Fe or anywhere else you want to visit.

-Convenient to I-25. 30 min from Santa Fe, Cochiti Lake, Jemez mountains, scenic Sandia Mountain Drive.
-Amazing Brewery, restaurant, entertainment, indoor climbing gym venue walking distance from the home.
-Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Zoo, Museums, hiking, biking, parks, dog park, and escape room all within a 10 minute drive.
-Sandia Casino, Resort, Spa, and golf course only 5 minutes away.
-Sandia foothills hiking and biking trails and the world Famous Tramway only 10 minutes away.

Absolutely too much to mention that makes this home great!
