Wonderful experience! The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED!!! Beautiful home! Nice BIG yard. The hot tub was full, so we were worried about it splashing out and didn't use it. The master bed was a little too cushy but we slept well. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

Great Relaxing Stay

We had a great girls weekend at this house. The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked! Communication was great and we appreciated the quiet location!

Quite Neighborhood Near KC

It was great to be able to visit Kansas City to see friends, but stay in a peaceful neighborhood with great amenities. Very nice kitchen and hot tub.

Well Appointed Quiet Home

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. Spacious with lots of entertainment options. Quiet, easy to get to and convenient to shopping. Would definitely consider a third stay should I find myself in the KC area.

Quiet, comfortable stay

Very nice and quiet home that has fully stocked kitchen with cookware and even spices. Plus a choice of coffee making options. The hot tub and treadmill were wonderful to have. The lake is not far away at all and is lovely.

Rock Chalk

Such a pleasant place to stay for a few nights while we enjoy the KC area. Jay was easy to get ahold of and an excellent host. We enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The kitchen is amazing.

Great house

This house had everything you need! Great location, lovely setting, close to stores, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, nice and peaceful backyard deck with large table and chairs, amazing jacuzzi and more. We were there for a graduation and had so many events to attend. Wish we had more time there.

Country Paradise!!

Having grown up in a small town/country when I was younger it was nice to SLOW DOWN and have a great place with hot tub to take me back! Close to restaurants, the interstate and grocery store. Enjoy!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the amenities of the property. Nicely located to Kansas City area. The rug in living room could use a good vacuuming. Hot tub was a little hard to figure out. Refrigerator also needs cleaned.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to the property. Jay was good at answering questions we had. We enjoyed the hot tub. However, it was a little difficult to get the top open but that's on my end. Great selection of spices and amenities. Bring salt and pepper if used regularly. Also bring Toilet paper just in case :) The shower was nice. The beds were comfortable. If your short like myself using a stool may be necessary. The one power recliner doesn't lift all the way at the feet, but the other one works great along with the double recliner in the living room.Overall, amenities are close by and easy to access. The property is clean and well taken care of. Thank you Jay!

Great Escape

We could not ask for any more than this charming home had to offer. Comfortable, clean, and quiet with a lot of space to spread out. Great weekend walking the large property, sitting by the fire, and lounging in the hot tub. Well worth the price and would definitely consider again when in the neighborhood. Jay was excellent!!

Wonderful experience

This was a great place to stay in a wonderful location. Close to the lake and reasonably close to the city. Property manager made things so easy and accessible and communicated quickly. Hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was well-stocked. I brought my own food but there are some things available and lots of kitchen tools and gadgets to use. There were some nice luxuries I had not expected. I would definitely consider returning and staying again and highly recommend it as well.

Property was clean the kitchen is huge and fully stocked ... So that was good.... My fault for not checking but there is only one bathroom... And the neighbors were over twice inquiring about who and what in 3 days that is what it is
