Pet areas were very accommodating as our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard. Tastefully decorated interior. Communication with owner was great and responsive.

Cozy Place

Great location - very well arranged - good for a single person or a couple. Bed is very comfortable, unit is well stocked and location is handy to everything in Olathe. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and had all the amenities if needed. The coffee for mornings and afternoon was nice, the bed is comfortable feels cozy there !

Cozy cottage by the rails

Super cozy house with all the necessities; great stay and very accommodating owners! Lots of train traffic but pretty quiet in the house (& no train horns like at home!) would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our stay

We enjoyed out stay at the Mulberry Cottage. It is 5 miles from my husbands brothers house and very convenient for us. Well equipped had everything we needed even treats for our fur babies.

Perfect. Just what we needed!

This is a great little cozy house conveniently located near downtown Olathe. It had everything we needed for our stay! Only suggestion I would make is printing some instructions for the multiple remote controls in the house. We struggled with both the tv and heat remotes. Never did figure out the tv’s. Still was a perfect place for us to rest and visit family in the area. Thank you!

Great House for One Person

All the cooking utensils were provided as well as snacks. Charming one bedroom house with fenced in yard. The yard was very muddy when it rained. Easy check in.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for my son’s soccer tournament and chose to stay here. It was so wonderful! I couldn’t believe all that the owners provided and had on hand. The coffee was great, they left snacks even! They were very accommodating on my times due to the game schedule. The place was adorable. Thank you again! 10 out of 10!

Can't say enough good things about this Airbnb!

Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! Like sleeping on a cloud. I have family in the area & this will definitely be my go to for every visit from here on. Thank you Ryan & Mel. I'd give you 100 stars if I could.

Quaint home

This cute little home was the perfect size for us, as we were out and about all day we just needed a little space to relax at night and sleep. It was cozy & warm. The neighbors were quiet. We had trouble with the TV constantly buffering, even when we cast from our own device, although way less interruptions. I personally had an issue with the smell of the bathroom—musty. But it won’t stop me from staying here again.

Great little house in Olathe

This house was a wonderful place for my partner and our dog to stay for a medical trip to the KC area for a week and a half. It is close to highways and shopping for convenience. The kitchen is well-stocked for the size. It does sit close to train tracks, which was not an issue for us, but may be to others. There are also a gap in the yard's gate that our escape artist dog took advantage of. My partner has celiac disease, which requires a strict gluten-free diet. The kitchen allowed her to prepare meals that she knew were safe within the home. There were also great restaurants nearby (Strips, Vader's, Torchy Tacos) that are also great for anyone who needs gluten-free food.

Long Veterans Day weekend

Cottage was very clean and cute! Cottage would be perfect at some beach! Very well equipped and loved the Hersey Kisses! Neighborhood not so much. Police with lights on across the street one night. Lots of nearby train traffic although they only used horn once going through. Couldn’t get big living room TV to work and there were no instructions. Later in stay found out box was unplugged but didn’t pursue. Didn’t attempt to contact management as I was very busy with other things during stay. Two people max and I wouldn’t recommend a single woman stay by herself.

When you pull up to the house, you say, “oh my, that is a small house!” But, after you get inside you realize how nice it is and perfect for 2 people. We contacted the hosts on two occasions and they responded immediately. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Mulberry is near old town Olathe, which we enjoy. We're only a 5 minute drive away and enjoy quick access to highways when we want to get downtown. The home is also close to several choics for restaurants, entertainment, and nice walking trails.
