Beautiful Berkshires

Mary was a fabulous host and the property was beautiful. It was incredibly clean, and watching the humming birds and wild turkeys was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!

Everything about our long weekend was perfect. Mary communicated frequently, always asking if we needed anything. We didn’t! The flat was beautiful and very well appointed. All rooms were immaculate, and even the bath towels were luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great! Lots of special touches as well - local gifts left to welcome us, and the refrigerator stocked with still and sparkling water. Location was perfect for us to explore the Berkshires, and especially close to Tanglewood. I’d highly recommend, and we would absolutely return!

The apartment itself is wonderful, and the location for doing everything in the Berkshires is perfect. Tim and Mary are the best! I can’t wait to go back.

Great Apt in Beautiful Setting

This is a very well equipped, comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was very quiet and peaceful--perfect for our getaway. Mary and Tim were great hosts.

Beautiful and peaceful and close to everything!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this quiet apartment over the garage. The property has lovely country views and sits at the foot of October Mountain. It was a perfect jumping off place to exploring the Berkshires. Mary and Tim have set up a lovely home, very clean, neat and on the new side. The entire property is pristine and they are very welcoming (but it is also very private). Favorite part: we had a little patio out the front door where we could enjoy the view. The garage door barely ever went up and down (noise) and we rarely saw signs of our hosts although if we needed something they were right there. It is on the outskirts of Lee which made a great home base for Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, the area's museums and natural beauty.

Gorgeous views!

The hosts have a lovely home on a beautiful mountain! It was spotless and had everything we needed! It was a huge weight off our shoulders traveling from NJ! The hosts were available if we needed them, but they really had it all covered, they were wonderful!!! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning while listening to all the different birds in the area, and of course enjoying the view, it was so nice!! This really is the perfect place for a getaway!! We will definitely be back!!

Gracious hosts and Beautiful space!

Mary and Tim were such gracious hosts to our guests of Tanglewood! They were so informative and helpful all throughout the stay. Our guests loved the beautiful property, the peaceful neighborhood, and the lovely apartment! I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Berkshires!

Lovely, peaceful getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. Mary and Tim are friendly and gracious hosts. The property is large and beautifully landscaped and very close to everything, including beautiful state parks, Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, and other cultural activities.

Your hosts were born and raised here in the Berkshires. Since retiring 3 years ago, we enjoy working on our property, walking local trails, grabbing coffee from a local cafe, sitting on our front porch watching incredible sunsets and just enjoying all this area has to offer.
We decided it would be nice to share our beautiful area with those who are traveling and need a place to stay. So in 2022, we started to rent the recently renovated apartment over our three bay garage. Through our summer rental, we have met many wonderful people who return each year.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is set back from the road and away from the bustle. We have been told that the privacy here is amazing and you would never know you were just a mile from downtown Lee and so close to area attractions and restaurants.
The birds and wildlife in nature are abundant and quite entertaining!
