Beautiful resort condo with amazing snowy mtn views

Welcome to Owls Nest Resort- a must visit location in New Hampshire! The resort is located in Thornton, NH and is centrally located just three minutes off of I-93 nestled in the beautiful mountains.
Only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon, & 30 minutes to Cannon Mtn!
This condo can comfortably sleep 7 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Directly across the street from the outdoor pool and gym.

The space:
Enjoy the spacious backyard of this unit with beautiful views of hole 11, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, an oversized one-car garage, a large living room with entertaining space, a toasty gas fireplace, and many more amenities.

This home has two levels of living space with plenty of room for the whole family. The first floor features a living room with a wet bar and a couch with an attached bathroom with a queen bed and full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs has a large second living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed-full & twin bed, full bathroom to share, and lovely views of hole 11.

This condo is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

Guest access:
During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities.

Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center
You’ll receive a key card that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round.
Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy.

Golf & Racquet Sports
Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course, and you can also enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts.

There are several on-site restaurants to enjoy, as well as the WellNest Spa offering a range of treatments.

220 Volt electric car chargers are available for use in the resort.

Beautiful spacious and clean condo provided us a fabulous stay. After owning a home at Owls for many years it was wonderful to return and see all the growth and new amenities!

We stayed at the condo as we were playing in the Owls Nest Women’s invitational golf tournament. It was a perfect location on the 11th fairway. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for a lovely golf weekend

Great wedding resort

We enjoyed our stay at Owls Nest. So much to do and a wonderful wedding venue. The condo was just as advertised- clean, well laid out and appointed. Mattie was easy to access and work with. A few minor suggestions for improvement- for a four day stay, it would have been nice to have a few more bath towels. We had to buy our own toilet paper as your limited supply ran out. Again, another roll in each bathroom would have been appreciated. The most significant issue that we had was that the thermostats could not be regulated. No matter what temp we set them to, the temp did not change, and the unit was freezing. One member of our party is now sick as a result.

Perfect little getaway

We planned a few days away with some family members to be close to some north country outdoor experiences. This did not disappoint, we enjoyed some time exploring the local community with a nearby coffee house and pizzeria (both excellent), then heading north for breweries, waterfalls and hikes. Property was clean, quiet, and with friendly neighbors. This had everything we needed. Loved the on-site restaurant for a snack and drink while enjoying Mountain Views and watching golfers!
