Good location; safe neighborhood; restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is nice, comfy, AC works great. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is nice. I was too busy to use it (and the exercise room) more than once but they were good. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again.

Rest and relaxation

This is definitely my new rental apartment everytime I'm in town. The sites were absolutely amazing. Everyone there was pleasant and although my flight landed at 4 am I was able to check in flawlessly. You should check this place out!!

i had over 50 stays on other hosting site before coming here because i was missing what i received here. From start communication was great from the host, clear instructions, easy check in property as described. Clean, great and in safe location close to all. Awesome stay

Mirta's apartment is very comfortable. It is located in a modern tower, with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym at the top. Neighbourhood is safe and accessible to the building is well secured. From the 14th floor, one can enjoy a nice view of the city and sea. It comes equipped with all necessary amenities, it's well clean and I felt like home during my stay there. Definitely recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I will be staying here again and I recommend this property to future guest. I had a situation at the airport with my suitcase and the employees at this property did everything they could to help me.They even made several calls to the airport for me and when I couldn't get my suitcase they helped me get washing detergent to wash the clothes I had.

Santo Domingo trip

It was a beautiful apartment amazing views pool on roof is gorgeous everyone who is worked at building very friendly and helpful safe neighborhood. Property manager was very helpful and very accommodating she made sure I had the best time possible. She worked around all my issues I had. Very understanding and a great place to stay if your in the capital I I recommend this place to everyone.

Modern, clean, safe. Beautiful apartment with everything you need including a washer & dryer. Soooo many excellent dining options minutes away. I can't say enough about this spot. I had an awesome salmon & risotto dish and a seafood ravioli at 2 different nearby restaurants. Just awesome. I forgot to mention the rooftop pool.

Excellent place to stay

We loved our time in this beautiful apartment. It was convenient to many places, we even walked to a grocery store the first morning. It had amazing amenities, great views, and was very comfortable. It had all that we needed! The social area on the rooftop was PERFECT for us. We were visiting a family who lived in the DR and they came over a few nights. we were able to use the grill (Mirta helped us reserve it) to cook burgers on the rooftop and order Uber eats and had plenty of space to eat, play card games, hang out with them and enjoy the pool and playroom for their small child. Mirta was an awesome host! She answered our calls quickly and helped us resolve an issue with the parking. the person in the spot next to us parked to close to the line, not leaving us room to get our car in so Mirta gave us another place to park in the building. She was always very helpful when we messaged her. If we visit Santo Domingo again, we would definitely stay here!

Beautiful views

The apartment was beautiful, unfortunately the pool was closed but i got at least 1 day to see the pool.. the gym is right up stairs very convenient... The host was super helpful i would recommend this any time .. great location as well
