We invite you to come unwind and relax in one the desert's newest vacation homes. Completely remodeled from head to toe, this 4BD pool home is ready to entertain. Primary bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom has a King bed and direct access to the pool area. The other 3 bedrooms are adjacent on the same side of the house with a hallway bathroom to share.

Spacious living room w/ fireplace and enough seating for the entire group. Head out back to where the fun never stops and find your sparkling pool, heated hot tub, elevated lounge chair area and a wrap-around BBQ and dining area. This is a great home whether you're hosting a family outing, bachelorette party, or just a get-together with some close friends.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare dinners or BBQ outdoors. This property has all the comforts of home, with the added amenities of a hotel. Located on the northern side of Palm Springs and within walking distance to the grocery store and coffee shop.

Occasional road and airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
