Welcome to the Indigo condo in the Ipana condominiums in Playa del Carmen. Its convenient location makes it very central and close to the main attractions of Playa, just 1 block from Fifth Avenue.
The condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped for your comfort, the main bedroom has 1 King bed and the guest room with 2 single beds, fans, air conditioning and flat screen television in each. The master bedroom and living room have access to a wide and comfortable furnished terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has cooking facilities, it has a dining room for 4 people.
In addition, there is wifi connection throughout the condominium.
This condominium is 2 minutes away from the Mega and DAC supermarkets. Additionally, if you like golf, the Hard Rock field is 2 miles away in Playacar.
In Ipana you will find a gym for when you don't have time to run on the beach or do yoga outdoors, a spa, bar, an exclusive pool for the smallest residents, another for adults and a semi-Olympic pool, underground parking, six elevators and green areas for our condominium owners, as well as a rooftop bar. Everything integrated, but with independent accesses and areas designed exclusively for residents.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
