Wonderful stay

Our 2nd stay

This was our second stay at the farmhouse. Quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Excellent stay

Clean, well appointed, really accessible to Pittsburgh. Best VRBO I've encountered in 20 years in the Pittsburgh area (Sarver is just north of Puttsburgh).

Great cozy farmhouse!

A perfect rental with all the amenities, very spacious and well furnished . The place was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and I would absolutely stay there again.

We worked the US Open and this was absolutely the best part of each day .. Coming "home" each night to a comfy cozy house

Great EscapeI

my second time-I love staying here- it has everything one needs and is so clean and comfortable for either a short or long stay. the location is perfect for me, as i visit people in Freeport and Butler. I also like how easy it is to check in and out. Barb is a wonderful, thoughtful hostess.

Arrival was great. The farmhouse was welcoming and quaint. The host even left home-baked cookies on the kitchen table. The property was very clean and well kept. It was perfect for us. I am a senior with mobility issues, but it was easy to manage with a walker. My husband & service dog loved it too (especially the big field for training & playing. Highly recommend this rental.

Stayed for one month in Barb's beautiful farmhouse. As-advertised: clean, well-stocked, and charming. She is a kind, responsive, and courteous host. Would definitely stay again!

It is a very cute farmhouse. The neighborhood is quiet, unless there is a big race at the speedway (which was rare). The area is very scenic. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

We are from Florida, and it was the first time our Son who’s 4 got to see snow. This home was so perfect for our family and our dogs we had the best time ever. We will definitely be coming back❀

Jeep Getaway

This farmhouse was welcoming from the front porch to the cookies awaiting on the table. Everything we needed was there. Late nights on the porch, early mornings by the pond and everything in between was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were immaculate. The quaintness of the area and nearby towns were amazing. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and keep the house in tip top shape. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this country getaway. We loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the fall weather. Can't say enough positive remarks. Best VRBO rental ever!!

Quiet Country Cottage

We stayed for several months while awaiting home completion. It was perfect! This charming cottage is a gem, and Barb and Glenn are fantastic hosts. Easy access to shopping and other amenities (farmers markets), yet quiet and peaceful. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, and the hemlock floors are beautiful. High speed internet provides business and streaming connectivity. The Butler-Freeport rail trail is just around the corner for biking or easy walking / running. If you are visiting the Pittsburgh area for a week or a month, consider a stay at the Cozy Farmhouse - we loved it!

Peaceful location!

Thanks to Barb for a very comfortable and charming farmhouse! We felt right at home in this lovely and quiet location. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook meals and we enjoyed exploring the local farm markets. The front porch was great for relaxing and enjoying the greenery and trees all around. We took advantage of the Butler Freeport community trails that were very close by for wonderful autumn walks. Barb is a great hostess and so responsive! Highly recommend this special place.
