Great location and family friendly condo

The owners were wonderful to communicate with during our stay. The Condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would stay here again!

Much Needed Getaway

Beautiful views, well maintained, easy checkin…once the guard gate figured out my name wasn’t “ Julio” . Always love Sonoran Sky from the best bartenders, heated pool/swim up bar, older clientele, fun karaoke bar and great food (LOVE the guacamole) at the onsite restaurant! The condo has a well stocked kitchen, beach/pool towels and amenities and plenty of room to relax and take it all in!!

Pirates getaway

Very nice property. Had a very good time and pleanty of space. Only set back is we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags and the resort would not provide any for us.

Perfect!

The condo was clean and much bigger than I anticipated. There was purified water in the unit and the whole resort was great! The host was very responsive and helpful with questions.

Fourth floor is a great location! Host responds immediately. We love Sonoran Sky!!! Comfortable beds. Lacking supplies(paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, dish soap).

July 4th Family Holiday!

Beautiful resort and great condo location! Host was very nice and check in was very easy--loved the key access. There are some minor things that needs repair such as the washer and dryer and the Master Shower head needs replaced, but overall, the condo was very comfortable and met our needs. Kitchen can use a deep cleaning but overall these are minor things. Owner and host was super nice and will stay again!

Needs Maint. TVs did not work during stay

Upon walking in, 409 looks great…we began opening cabinets and hinges were not attached. Blinds in main bed were not attached. Many light bulbs were also out. Master bed shower head needs replacement, only half of sprays work. None of the TVs worked. Informed John and this is a resort internet issue. I do know some renters have their own internet…learning experience.

Good Location

We travel to Rocky Point a couple of times a year. We have stayed at the Sonoran Sky resort multiple times. We enjoyed this condo. The location was great, right by the elevators. We like that it’s a smaller resort and you have great views from every room. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The bartenders were wonderful and the security guys are really nice. The restaurant had great breakfast food. The only downside was the sliding doors and the master shower door. The sliding doors can barely be opened. They definitely both need new rollers! I was not even able to open them without my husband‘s help. Our kids could not open them at all. The master shower door is broken to where it doesn’t close all the way and it feels like it will shatter every time it is opened. Other than the issues with the doors, it was a great stay!

We love staying at Sonoran Sky Resort. We have been staying there for many years as our first choice of resort in Sandy Beach. However, our stay at this condo fell very short from comfort, cleanliness, and over all satisfaction. All the fans in the condo had months worth of dust on them, the dryer and washer were not working, usually there is a person that will come in and throw out the garbage of the bathrooms and kitchen. No one ever showed up during our three day stay. The condo definitely has potential, the maintenance needs to be addressed, especially with the charge per night and fees. I will not be renting again from this site nor this condo.

The location and the view are good but the beds are very uncomfortable probably needs new mattress, and the tv in the living room doesn’t work. Other than that the stay was great !
