Quiet Top of the Hill Lake View Home

Renting a room or whole house to traveling professionals for long-term stays. Please contact me for details/pricing. The stress of daily life will leave you once you step inside this home. Beautiful lake views from every window. This home is fully stocked with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. There are 4 furnished bedrooms. 4th bedroom downstairs (almost finished) with a queen bed off of the game room. Enjoy your favorite beverage out on the deck while you watch boats cruise by on the lake below. We have a new BBQ for you to enjoy or relax by the fire pit. If you are patient you may see the deer, rabbits, foxes or turkeys that come by for a visit. The home is located at the top of the hill. When the birds glide by, it's feels like you can reach out and touch them. We are a two minute drive to the private dock which also has a BBQ/picnic area. Or, you can go to the clubhouse and use the pool. There is a BBQ/picnic area, Bocce Ball and Horseshoes there for your enjoyment. The Konocti Harbor Resort is about 2 miles down the road. Please message me about discounts for weekly - month long stays. Pets are negotiable.

Beautiful view of lake

The house was very clean, the deck was perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. The wild life was fantastic as we saw deer in the yard almost every day. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.

Nice clean house. Everything you need to cook meals and have an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the view is amazing.

The house was big and spacious. Very nicely renovated, bed super comfy. The best was absolutely the views. The community pool was a lot of fun.

We loved it! Even more beautiful in real life than the pictures. The deck is great. Easy to spend hours on it. The ping pong table is a great addition. Beds were comfortable. We would go back!

I would recommend this place for families. It was so clean and beautiful. The host was very nice and friendly. Things were label that made things very easy to locate and take care of. The rooms are spacious and everything was prepared for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Top of the Hill Lake View Home

This property is so comfortable, warm, and inviting just like the hosts! No matter where you stand in the home, including the bathrooms, you are looking at phenomenal lake views. I had my father over for dinner while staying there and as a former real estate appraiser he said it was hands down one of the top ten views in Lake County. Whether BBQ'ing on the spacious deck overlooking the lake or cooking up a wonderful dinner for family and friends in the beautiful and large kitchen, memories will be made in this gorgeous lake home. The spacious living/dining room and bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed. I did not have time to visit the community pool but know it's a great place to enjoy the sun and take in the beauty around you as I had family who owned a home in this same area and enjoyed the set up! And the hosts provide you with beach towels and incredible beach chairs to lounge your day away!!! Don't miss out on this vacation getaway with family or friends while enjoying the lake and the bounty of vineyards and winetasting rooms in the area. My personal favorite is Gregory Graham's wines (he is the former winemaker for Rombauer).

Too many good things to say!

Loved this house! Peaceful location - you hear nothing. Amazing view of the lake but high enough you can watch the birds hover directly in front of you!!! House has plenty of room but we lived on the massive porch. Host was so quick to respond and amazing to work with!!! Pool was wonderful and they have bocce ball and horse shoes!!! My boys are both asking when we can go back and I hope very soon!!!!

Fantastic Weekend! Mesmerizing views. Absolutely coming back.

This property was amazing. You open the front door and you immediately see the spectacular view of the lake. Our favorite aspect of the place was the deck! We spent 90% of our time outside on the deck watching the sunrises and sunsets, grilling, eating, and playing games. The property owner was very helpful if we needed clarification on anything and was quick to text back! Everything was clean and up to date. You could tell the owners take care of the place and their guests! We ended up renting a boat from Disney boat rentals on the other side of the lake and spent all day on the water. Having access to the private dock was perfect to pick up passengers. The lake definitely has an algae issue but there were plenty of spots that were clean to go swimming and tubing. I would definitely come back!
