Beautiful Views of Clearlake and Mount Konocti. Comfortable well kept home with covered patio. Your private fishing pier, boat and/or Jetski hoist is right in front of you. Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, free Wifi and Central A/C. Finished garage with a ping pong table and outdoor1/2 basketball court. The Living room, Kitchen and Master Suite have Panoramic views of the Lake and Mount Konocti. Large shaded, covered, gated patio overlooking the Lake. Webber Kettle BBq, Boat to restaurants, travel to wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. Always updated Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage and a second refigerator.

Wonderful weekend at this place. Clean rooms, clean kitchen stock with dishes,pots,and pans.Very good fishing off the deck. Wonderful view of the lake. Would recommend this place.

Great host and beautiful location

The location of this house is great and we had a great time there. John, the host was awesome since we booked. He kept in touch until that day and even offered fishing pointers for us beginners. The house was very clean and it had most of what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend it and we would go back.

Fun on the lake

My group of 3 adults and 3 kids had an amazing time at the lake house. The house is configured well with a beautiful outdoor area and view. Highly recommend.

Man great views I could not get out of the WIND unfortunately .. can't rely on weather but the wind was horrible even for Clear Lake.

Second visit!

It was my family’s second time staying at this house. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the view is. It was windy, we still managed to fill up an ice chest full of crappie! The family had so much fun fishing from the back to back action. The host is great! Very informative prior to checking in, providing the fishing & weather updates. If time permits again, we will definitely be back & making it an annual thing.

Great spot - we will be returning again!

Great spot with ideal placement on the water for access to prime fishing. Great modern dock - super easy to use. 25 minutes from Disney boat rentals - ideal for multi-night boat rental. House was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks for having us!

Lake get-away

Boys weekend was great. Fishing and on the jet skis. The lake access and views were spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and move around. Spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again on the future.

Company fishing trip

We had a great time during our stay! John was very helpful and responsive from before the trip, during check in process, and the whole stay. We will definitely be back! There is a boat launch near by, plenty of parking for boat trailers, and the dock was very useful and easy to use. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

In 2000, we purchased a home together on the lake as the “Family” home where our four children have been enjoying spending their summers boating, swimming, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, wake boarding, barbecuing, eating and just hanging out together at the lake. It has been a blast for all of us. We hope that you, too, make many wonderful memories during your vacation stay at Clearlake. This will be our 15th season of rentals for our Casa Lakeshore home. We have had overwhelming positive feedback from prior years and many people have reserved time and time again. Repeats and referrals our our best compliments.
