We stayed at this great house in December for our family trip to Dollywood. We had two families (6 kids, 4 adults) who easily fit in all the nice spacious bedrooms. The common spaces are very nice, and the hot tub on the private deck is a great place to unwind after a cold day outside. The rental company was very responsive with our minor issue we had upon checking in. They responded immediately and had a handyman at the property very quickly. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook for 10 people. Overall this was a nice stay for a December rental in the mountains!

Good place to stay

We arrived and had no A/C upstairs, we called and within 30 minutes, they had someone there and it was fixed. We had 7 adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and were never on top of each other. Overall a good experience. Any problems and the property manager took care of it.

The view is spectacular

The stay had enough rooms, and came "just equipt" like described. With our bogger family. We end up purchasing extra cook wear. 1 pot and 2 fry pans werent enough. Same with towels. Only 2 per bathroom. We end up purchasing . The game room was great. Hot tub a "hit" and check in and out was easy!! Great communications. Thank youmore.

Beautiful views, plenty of space

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. Check in was super easy. We didn't have any issues we needed to call for. I did get a call making sure everything was good the next day. The home has a smart system. That was new to me. Maybe I will learn to like it but we struggled to use the discounts that came with the rental. Full kitchen is great as we ate there a lot. Pros: Best sunrise experience in the hot tub with AMAZING views! Great location, close and convenient for all local attaractions. Cons: Cheap TP, random quirks with appliances, could have used more sleeping pillows on beds vs decor. NOT deal breakers by any means, just bring your own pillow, tp and hand soap if you have a preference. More than enough space for a family of 7. We will definitely come back :)

Siblings Trip March 2025

The house is beautiful. The beds even better. Everyone had a great night's sleep. The improvements I would make is to the house is fix the dishwasher. The plate separaters will not stay up. Also, stock the house better. Kitchen had no Tupperware, there were only 2 trash bags and no dish soap etc I would have brought extras with me.The house has beautiful sunrises. Beautiful Home

Overall the home is beautiful and comfortable. Communication with Eden Crest was always easy. A couple issues, but overall not deal breakers:To access the theater/game room, you have to go outside. There is no way to access it from inside the home. For adults and older kids it's not a big deal but for the little ones that wanted to watch a movie on the "big screen" it was. The listing does states "separate entry", but I assumed that just meant a door to the outside, but assumed it could still be accessed from inside. So my error, but with the littles it was an inconvenience. The Listing also mentioned that the Bunk Bed room is on the bottom level, but it's actually on the lower level with the other three bedrooms. This we did like, Upon arrival the jet tub in the master bath needed to be washed out before use and there was a random sock left from a previous guest near the bed on the floor. With all that being said, we would definitely stay again when the little ones are a bit older. The home was very comfy with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids had room to play and the adults had room to hang out and relax.

Thanksgiving

The house is beautiful. The view was breathtaking. Plenty of room for all 11 of us, We were close to all the attractions. All our needs were meet when we called with issues. The only draw back was the game room you had to go out doors to get to the third floor. We didn’t even find the room for the first 30 minutes of arrival. The bunk bed is a double bed bottom and top. We didn’t feel that was a sturdy option for the kids to sleep on the top. I was worried about 4 cars parked in the driveway. The garage and driveway had enough room for our 4 SUVs . We had a wonderful time.

Vols weekend in Sevierville

Great place. Very convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge attractions. In town for a college buddies weekend/reunion and went to Vols game. All had their own bedroom and bathroom. Game room was fun. Only advice I’d offer is to have a working vacuum or decent broom and update games for game room. Hockey puck is too light and doesn’t stay on table, and shuffleboard not level so not really playable. Loved the house and views. Will be back!!

Beautiful views...great separation from kids!

We rented this house with two other families (5 adults, 6 kids) for a softball tourney. The house was awesome for both adults and kids...beautiful and relaxing for the parents, and fun and entertaining for the kids. Best of all...because there are 3 entirely independent house levels, the grown-ups barely saw the kids at all! Makes for a much more relaxing trip!!! Highly recommend!
