This relaxing and inspiring space has a bright decor and one of the most awesome views in the complex.

Two patios; the front patio overlooks the pool, with tennis court beyond. A courtyard dotted with palm trees and dramatic views of the mountains popping above the over the horizon. Perfect for outdoor dining overlooking the heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court and mountains. The back patio offers a new BBQ. and quieter low traffic green lawn.

Wireless high-speed internet, expanded cable with HBO (on request please note in reservation before arrival), washer/dryer, dishwasher, reserved covered parking.

Built on the grounds of the former El Mirador Hotel, Rancho El Mirador continues the legacy of fine living in this desert paradise. We are located between the world famous Movie Colony and Las Palmas, the neighborhood of the rich and famous. One block from Uptown Design District where you will find some of the best restaurants, art galleries and high end shops.

A friendly resort atmosphere in a great location.

Good location and value

Well equipped condo in a small, quiet complex. We walked to “downtown” several times, about 20 minutes. Condo was clean, grounds were well-kept, pool area is lovely. We would definitely recommend!

A lovely extended stay

My partner and I stayed for almost six weeks while exploring Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. The location is great, the apartment is pleasant, the complex is lovely, and the management responsive. Highly recommended.

Enjoying Palm Springs

We had a lovely stay in this 2 bedroom condo. The beds were both very comfortable and since we were in PS in July the A/C works great! The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you might need. The pool is just steps away and quite delightful. We also did lap swimming at the local Swim Center which is not too far. On Saturday mornings there is a great Farmers Market located near the Swim Center featuring fruits, veggies and other local items. We had a wonderful 17 days.

Excellent stay!

We loved the condo. It was exactly what we wanted and we can't wait to go back. Quiet, extremely well stocked, location convenient to downtown and easy to access I-10 to get around the valley. Just change out the shower controller in the master bath and add some blackout curtains in the bedrooms and it's perfect! Thank you, Michael and Paula, it was a brilliant vacation!

Great Place

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2023. Very cute place. Beautiful landscaped property. Back patio fabulous to enjoy morning sun with birds singing and a cup of coffee. Super private area. Pool great. Was thrilled to find out they had a tennis/pickle ball court. We met so many great people there who were very friendly. The location was fabulous. Nice walk to downtown to enjoy all the great restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful complex and great condo!

Loved the relaxed quiet of the complex and clean condo. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with spices etc. and a few left over condiments in the fridge. Paula, the condo manager was just excellent to deal with and very efficient, making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommend the beautiful condo, tastefully decorated and very clean. The pool area was so pretty and most days very quiet....the other renters and owners were very friendly and welcoming. One of those places that I can see why people return to! Thank you Michael and Paula!

Nice condo steps to pool in a great location

Stayed for one week with wife and daughter. Check in and response from property manager was excellent. Dealt with a couple minor issues promptly. The complex is not new, which is fine because the grounds are mature and beautifully maintained. Pool and spa area just steps from the condo, kept at the perfect temps, even for a cool evening. I would expect the condo itself to see a few updates over time, which is normal for the age. Walked to downtown a few times, and explored the Old Los Palmas neighborhood. Met a few of the friendly neighbors. Was a good week!

I have used VRBO for travel lodging for years. As a former resident of three years in Palm Springs, CA, I knew quite well the area where our accommodations were located. What I could not know is the impact the VRBO owner and the owner's representative ("Greeter") would have upon my return visit to my former "hometown". I am pleased to share that the VRBO owner communication was excellent whenever there was a question or a concern. The VRBO owner responded so quickly to my communications while in Palm Springs I am still pleasantly surprised at how important our comfort was for this unit owner. Knowing we had a VRBO caring owner made for a wonderful and worry-free visit in the lodging we booked.In Palm Springs, "Greeters" are key components for short-term stays. Our Greeter, Matthew, was top drawer; we immediately found Matthew to be genuinely caring and attentive. Matthew is an absolute gem who quickly responded to our any or every question or concern, and we cannot offer enough praise for this VRBO owner's "above the crowd" VRBO representative.The condo in which we stayed offered everything we needed. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The patio area provided stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains; the sunrises on "the rock" (San Jacinto) were gorgeous to behold as each morning's sunrise announced a new day.I can confidently recommend this unit.
