Perched at the very top of the mountain above Gatlinburg, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers an elevated experience for families, couples, or groups seeking peace, privacy, and proximity.



Step inside to a thoughtfully designed space with fresh upgrades and stylish décor. The open living area features a futon sofa, smart TV, and direct access to your private balcony—perfect for savoring morning coffee or watching the sun set over the mountains. With panoramic views from nearly every window, the condo brings the Smokies inside.



Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a futon couch for additional guests, comfortably accommodating up to six. Two full bathrooms ensure convenience for groups, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home.



The community enhances your stay with an indoor swimming pool, relaxing spa, basketball goal, playground, arcade, and grilling stations. Whether you’re staying close to home or venturing out, the options are endless.

Our condo sits at the very top of the mountain above Gatlinburg! Enjoy the privacy of this amazing property but conveniently close to everything as you would be within 10 minutes from downtown and all of the area's attractions!



Other Things to Note:

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

*There is a wood-burning fireplace & $6 bundles of wood can be purchased directly in the main building during office hours.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as all of the facilities that the complex has to offer. TThere is also a coin laundry facility, grills, arcade, and a playground. In the fall / winter, wood should be available for purchase from the office for the fireplace.
