Every getaway needs some TRANQUILITY! After a high-energy day at Dollywood (which is just 1 short mile away) or any of the local attractions, you’ll be able to unwind at Tranquility Hollow. Featuring a PRIVATE POOL with a waterfall, this private 2-acre property incorporates features that entertain and relax. Unlike other nearby properties, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has space to stretch out and enjoy the surroundings. Sleeping up to 10 (including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room), Tranquility Hollow is ideal for small family gatherings.
Arriving at the property you’ll appreciate the new fully paved driveway that leads up to the home. As you approach, the manicured landscape and surroundings is sure to catch your eye and you’ll appreciate the abundance of parking.
This newly furnished home has a modern farmhouse vibe that’s cozy and functional. The 3- bedroom home has 2 king-size beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, with each room having its own smart tv. Your own private pool room is highlighted by a stone waterfall, pool lighting, plenty of seating for the family . Whether you want to take a dip in the pool or simply relax on the deck, it’s a space that brings everyone together. The property has separate building that has been converted in a game room with 2 full-size arcade games, an ESPN air hockey table and 50” television. It’s a perfect space for the kids or young-at-heart!
Outdoor entertaining is always a must, so in the evenings you can unwind around the firepit in the timeless Adirondack chairs or 2-person swing. It’s a setting that’s both beautiful & private. On nights that Dollywood has fireworks, you’ll have an unparalleled front row view! To top off each day, the new Viking hot tub is sure to is sure to put you in full vacation mode. The everyday conveniences include a fully stocked kitchen, dining for up to 10, and living area with a 60” television. The spacious kitchen has stainless appliances and is well laid out for those who want to prepare home-cooked meals. Other conveniences include full-size front- loading washer & dryer and a propane outdoor grill. Tranquility Hollow is the perfect choice for relaxation, entertainment, and spending time with friends & family!

Very close to Dollywood.

Tranquil and clean

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to the main attractions in the area but also secluded enough to feel “off grid.” Pool and hot tub were working great and kids loved the game room. We Highly recommend !

Tranquility Hollow

The house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and by the firepit. At night we were able to enjoy watching the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from the porch.

Dollywood Delight

Great house and pool within a mile of Dollywood. Loved watching the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch. The kids loved playing in the pool after being in the heat at Dollywood.

Perfect mountain setting

Tranquility Hollows was the perfect setting in the mountains. We saw a bear family playing in the creek on our way to the cabin and later the same family visited our yard! The place was clean and between the pool, hot tub, and game room there was plenty of entertainment. Bring your own supplies, limited on site supplies.

Perfect for family!

The house is perfectly located! It’s close to everything- especially Dollywood, but enough off the beaten path to feel like you are way off on your own. The fire pit is perfect in the evenings. Inside the house, is amazing. Everything was clean and in great shape with plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Pigeon Forge!

Quiet and clean

Outside perimeter needed to be better maintained (mowing).Pool needs to be heated ,was icy cold all week,even too cold for kids .Missing tv in pool area?All together was a nice property,would consider staying here again if pool could get warmed up somehow.

We understand the importance of maintaining a well-groomed environment so we do have it mowed bi weekly but there are times in the summer it grows a bit in between mowing. We also apologize for the disappointment with the pool temperature. We understand that it was too cold for both you and the kids to enjoy. Sorry for your inconvenience but the pool is set at the optimal temp for an indoor pool. Regarding the missing TV in the pool area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused but we do not advertise a Tv in the pool room. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and your willingness to consider staying with us again. The Little Oasis of Pigeon Forge

This beautifully updated home is in a perfect location. The lady in the office (i didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and the manager was always prompt in answering any questions i had. The kitchen is well equipped- except the kuerig did not work for us. However, the POOL. It was such a huge hit with my two kids. And we also enjoyed the hot tub as well. The game room was pretty cool too. We had a wonderful weekend while staying at this house!
