Charming, Comfy, Cozy, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo located 20 minutes from the famous Downtown New Orleans and The French Quarter that never sleeps. Spacious living room, full kitchen, patio, washer & Dryer, and wifi. In bedroom 1, we have a comfy California king bed alongside a desk for working if you are here for a little business , garden tub and shower for you to relax. Bedroom 2, has 1 queen bed and 1 full/double size bed, and a full-size bathroom as well.

Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, 2-bedroom condo with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms was the perfect place for us to rest and recuperate after the eight music-filled days of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. We would definitely stay again in this safe and quiet neighborhood just across the river from the city.

We were in town for a convention, so we were out more and in just to rest. We slept so well. The place was very clean and quiet. We had all that we needed. The host was readily available, while we truly appreciated. Now, the condo appears to have had renovation, where they were needed and still has work to be done, but the description of charming is spot on. Good times.

6/10. Check in was delayed by 15 minutes after I contacted the host prior to arriving. Hot water wasn’t that hot. The water pressure was low. No remotes to the bedroom s. Jetted tub didn’t work. Patio furniture needs upgrading. It was damaged. Doors need replacing. The convenience of 2 bathrooms and the neighborhood was good.

Great Stay

Place is exactly like the pictures. This condo accommodated our group very well. We the location was a perfect distance to the French Quarters without all the traffic. We would definitely stay here again. Just was very available and answered questions or concerns we had.

The condo was perfect for our 2 day stay. We enjoyed going to the French quarter having fun then back to the condo to relax. We felt safe and it was very comfortable.

The location of the rental was in a questionable neighborhood with the access road in very poor shape.The cleaning people were still there when we arrived, had to wait an hour before we could enter the condo.The rental itself was passable; rooms were clean, there was plenty of hot water, but physically it had a feeling of the structure sloping, unlevel. Doors were difficult to close, like they were warped; walking up/down the stairs was a challenge, several lights were out/not working. We will not be a repeat renter!

This is a lovely condo in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Stayed here for 5 nights and had no issues. Check-in was super easy and everything we needed for our stay from cookware to towels to laundry facilities were exactly what we needed. Exactly as pictured. Would love to stay again in the future.

The location was good. Just a short drive or Uber from the French Quarter. Host was very punctual on responses to any questions we had. Overall it was a nice few days in NOLA.

Thank you for your hospitality and helping us through complications getting through the door. Thank you for your quick response as well. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful after a long busy day in downtown new orleans. Although, the neighborhood was a little rough to get into, ( the roads ) we didn't mind the spookiness and flare New Orleans offers.

The neighborhood was very quiet. The area was nice and close to Walmart, gas stations, & other stores for a quick store run. The house was up to par. It’s easy to communicate with the owner via phone & through the chat. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is so great!! Very clean condo, great space and the owner communicated all the details I needed. It’s in a safe neighborhood and there was available parking. Not a single hitch. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Easy to find

The location was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay. No the home wasn’t perfect, had some wear and tear but it was good for the price it’s listed at. The jacuzzi tub was great. Short distance to places to eat and local shopping. I would book again if I travel there in the future.

Clean place, great location!

Was close enough to the French Quarter but far enough for peace and quiet. Place was super clean, owner was very responsive. Only one complaint…master bedroom needs a new mattress - it dips and isn’t super comfortable. Other than that would definitely recommend if you are looking for peace after a long day of touring New Orleans!!

House was clean, beds were comfortable, most everything was nice, only issue is the master bathtub, the water temperature only got lukewarm, it did not get hot and the water pressure was severely low, there also sounded to be some kind of critter in the attic, it did not come out and disturb us but being in the living room we could hear it scurrying around above us. The water pressure in the other shower was the same as the master bath room just not very strong, kinda felt like a sprinkling. Other than that the house was nice

Quiet and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. We traveled from Houston for my wife's birthday weekend with the kids and this location was perfect. We attended the New Edition concert and the Smoothie King Arena was only about 15 mins away. We also took the Algiers Point ferry across the Mississippi River to Canal St and that was about 15 minutes away as well. Great location to Bourbon St and any tourist area in New Orleans. The home was very cozy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome Family Trip for Wedding

I am so sorry for the late review. We travelled to New Orleans from Tampa, FL and this was the first time my husband and I used something other than our vacation club for accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and cozy. And the owners were very attentive. We would stay there again. (I just won't let my husband cook (lol)).
