Awesome stay!

Our family had a great stay. The home is clean, cared for and comfortable. Great proximity to Sugarloaf. We would book again. Prep communication ahead of time. Not a fault of the owners, just a result of the service in the Sugarloaf area. We enjoyed going off the grid for a few days! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Good location

Location was great for skiing but the house was so dirty. There was human and dog hair on the sheets, dirty laundry in the washer, sticky counters and dirty floors and couches. Communication was delayed with the owner but he was responsive. If you’re not worried about cleanliness then it’s good

Highly Recommend

Owners are great to work with. House is roomy and comfortable. Property has large wonderful fire pit with lots of seating. Also wooded and on beautiful little stream right behind it and close proximity to endless trails, Sugarloaf, and all the greatness of Carrabassett Valley.

Nice cabin in the woods

My husband, some friends and I rented this perfectly located cabin in Carrabassett Valley to do some hiking. Very comfortable stay with comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with cookware and great fire pit . Plenty of wood to burn at the fire pit provided too.

The house was nicer then expected. There was a lot of information that would of been helpful in making this a better experience missing on this site. Be aware that communication for check in was very poor. The area does not have great cell service for our carrier and we would of like to have all the info well beforehand. We tried to communicate that.

Very peaceful quiet stay

Property was understated in the listing. Very spacious with an airy feel. Country farmhouse feel. Had a great time. Able to recharge my batteries after a hectic month.

Perfect place location for biking at Sugarloaf in summer. House close to mountain and nice & quiet in evenings . . . everything we needed for a weekend away.
