With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, water access, and activities for all ages, this home is an ideal Florida getaway for friends and families looking for fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

-Dog Friendly with a $150.00 fee. dog up to 25lb, pre-approval needed. No cats allowed.

-Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
-Additional fees and taxes may apply.
-Do not tamper with the pool equipment. This includes the pump, filter, and heater. Guests will be charged if any equipment is damaged.
-NOTE: The maximum occupancy the house will accommodate is eight guests. Please --NOTE: The three bedrooms will accommodate six guests while two guests can sleep comfortably on the queen-size Murphy bed.
