Air conditioned, black out shades, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, lounge area and a nice sized deck for grilling and enjoying Rainey Creek. Just a short drive to the Spring Creek ramp and walking distance to the Snake River Roadhouse. Idaho Falls an hour west and Jackson Hole an hour east.

Perfect for two but can sleep four.

This is a beautiful property with modern decor and appliances and super quiet area. Lots of properties look great in pictures but this one is legit! It’s located a hour from Jackson Hole and allows you to enjoy a quiet abode after a busy day in the parks. The host was responsive to all inquiries and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The water pressure is low and the water wasn’t very hot. If possible turn it up some. We would suggest getting a small mini split for the bedroom. The bedroom gets hot when the door is closed. Overall, we would rent again. The views were great.

Loved the condo. Loved convenience of grocery store and activities in area. Great trip and excellent communication with property manager. Kitchen well equipped with top notch accessories. Great bed for comfortable stay. Would definately recommend.

Swan Valley Cutthroat Condo

Condo unit is a very well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located to explore and access the local area and Southfork of the Snake River. The condo's owner is very organized and responds quickly to questions. The unit looks and feels new with all high end appliabces and conveniences. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the Cutthroat Condo again on our next visit to the beautiful Swan Valley, ID.

Lovely condo on Rainy Creek

We reserve this condo when family and friends are visiting. Always clean, tastefully appointed, kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. very nice amenities and location.

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with all needs. We did not do any cooking at the rental however but everything was provided that was needed. Bed was comfortable. The stainless steel water containers provided that we took along in the car was awesome for us to use each day. Thank you for providing these. A suggestion as soon as possible on the patio door and kitchen window need some sort of shades for privacy. Very nice rental.

Great place

Very clean and modern. Perfect for the 2 of us. Quick responses from Kathy. Just be aware that window coverings are not up yet (Kathy did what she could for us - thank you). Also, there is no A/C. It did cool off with the ceiling fans, but it does get warm. It’s in a beautiful and convenient spot.

Looking forward to coming back

I stayed here for about two weeks (while working nearby) and one morning while I was sitting on the porch enjoining my coffee with one of the most wonderful back yards that you could imagine I realized that before it was the back yard of 20-30 people, I used fish in the stream when it was just a quiet spot to sit and catch fish before wandering up stream for a delicious square ice cream cone. This condo (overlooking one of my childhood fishing spots) was a little posh for my taste but, after Google helped me figure out how to use the cook top and I found an old school coffee pot at the store across the street, I had everything that I needed to be very comfortable. When did a “pot of coffee” fall out of style?! I guess you know you are getting old when you can’t figure out how to make yourself a cup of coffee with a modern-day coffee making gadget
 A place like this may not seem like paradise for an old country boy who likes to sit in front of the fire with last year’s elk looking down at him, but it grew on me, and I look forward to staying here again someday. I was impressed with the Zwilling German knives! Even “old country boys” know what a high-quality knife set is! They certainly did not cut any corners here.
