This property was very dirty. Hair in one of the beds, stains on the pillows, dead bugs on the floor, return air vents layered with dust, dirty handprints everywhere, very dirty freezer/refrigerator, very dirty window sills and dried leftover coffee from prior renter left in the coffee pot. The hand towel in the kitchen was crusty with remains of previous spill from earlier renter. Gross! Contacted the owner and they did respond but only with a partial refund of $100. That is so inadequate and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Outside patio was a filthy mess also.

I’ve never experienced a more BYOEverything VEBO before. This place was completely bare bones. The soaps in all the bathrooms (3) were watered down. So probably 0.2% of the liquid in the dispenser was actually soap. The kitchen had soap in the dispenser which was nice. Bath towels, very used/worn, maybe 5 regular sized. Hand towels, 1 per bathroom (3 baths). Dish towel, none. Dish rag, one. We arrived late and walked in to the smoke detector beeping from a dead battery. No extra 9v batteries in existence. Four lamps total between the 3 bedrooms. The only lamp in the room my kids were in was missing the bulb. No extra light bulbs around. We did message the owner and the next day a single light bulb and 9v battery were dropped off to us. This place also does not seem to get cleaned, other than picked up, between guests. The guests before us must’ve had a dog(s) with them. Kibble was spilt in the garage, fur was all along the baseboards, and on the mattress pad in the master bedroom. My one child is allergic to dogs, so they were a bit sniffly and sneezy during our stay. As a family of food allergies we opt for places like this because we utilize the kitchen a lot! This kitchen had very little in the way of cooking materials. The microwave was filthy as were some of the very few cooking supplies. Window sills had debris and dead bugs very visible. The location was great! A good clean would’ve gone a long way along with nicer items within, stocked bathrooms, kitchen, extra.

Great location, was not clean

This stay is in a great location. It is close to restaurants and shops. When we checked in, the floors had not been mopped or swept they were visibly dirty. I contacted the owner and did not receive a message back until the following day. They stated the cleaners said they cleaned and apologized. They did not offer us any way to make the situation right or a partial refund. I spent the first hour after arrived cleaning the floors. I will not be staying at this location again.

Graduation weekend

Updated property, but lacked basic amenities such as tea towels, hand towels, soap/ body wash, kitchen sponge/brush. While kitchen counters and bathrooms were very clean, floor had not been swept. Dog hair, grass and dirt were apparent.

Although our stay was brief there was plenty of room for us all, including the dogs. The townhouse was clean and furnished nicely.

Excellent Experience; Would Stay Again

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. The only thing which kept me from giving a 5-star review was an issue with cleaning. When we arrived, the house hadn't been cleaned. I contacted the property manager and they had somebody in the house cleaning within 30 minutes. They also gave us a partial refund. (There had been some miscommunication in letting the cleaner know that the previous renters had left.) There was a lot of dog hair in the house, but I think that was entirely a result of the delayed cleaning.The key takeaway is that we would stay here again a heartbeat. We had a problem, and they addressed it immediately and even gave us a partial refund.

Wonderful

This property was wonderful. Just tge rufht suze for my family and I. Very clean and up todate. The property manager was freindly and answered our questions fast. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than planned. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Clean, nice place to use as a home base for other activities.

We stayed for three days to attend a soccer tournament at a local sports complex. It was a good home base for that. We didn't spend a ton of time at the unit, but it was very clean, modern, had good Wi-Fi, and had everything that we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend.

We needed a place to stay during a trip to visit with family. We weren’t there for long but we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The townhouse was spotless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to stay there again.
