Have fun with the whole family at this new townhouse directly across the street from Broad Cove with a private beach. A few minutes walk brings to Onset Beach, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, life jackets, bikes, helmets, beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels all available for you in the backyard shed. Relax on the front porch taking in the amazing views at the end of another fun filled day. There is a 7 night min stay for June, July & August.

Girls’ Trip 2024

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, easy walking to the quaint town of Onset and the pier and TWO ice cream shops! Plus beautiful sunsets right from our porch. Nice little neighborhood for walking and or for kids riding bikes. This is a fairly newly remodeled unit and it is so well done. The best equipped rental any of us have been in. Even had plenty of nightlights for navigating the unfamiliar space for middle-of-the-night trips to the bathroom! Will definitely rebook here in the future! Things they had that we usually have to bring: scissors, plastic wrap or tin foil, paper plates and napkins, beach towels, wine bottle opener, citrus press (for fresh juice), salt & pepper and other spices, sweetener for coffee or tea.

Beautiful view! Want to stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the porch both morning and night with the views the most! It was roomy and perfect for what we needed. Only complaint was the floors could have been swept better before our arrival. They were quite sandy. But to be expected to an extent on the water. All in all an excellent stay and definitely saving this place to stay again in the future.

Perfect location and Beautiful views

Michelle was very pleasant to deal with. Our stay was perfect in every way. The home was well stocked, including plentiful, face towels, and bath towels. The furnishings and home were very clean and comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Easy, Restful, and Beautiful!

The house is lovely, clean, and so well appointed. The location was great for our kids, allowing them to play in the water or independently in the back yard. Perfect spot for an easy vacation with the kids!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time! We especially enjoyed the beachfront view and convenient location within walking distance from shops and public beach. The houses we very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this location for any family, especially large families, who want to have an enjoyable beach vacation!

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful and clean (and I’m a neat/clean freak!!!) Every amenity possible that it was like being at home with a thousand times better view! Michelle was awesome and responsive and so helpful with tips about the area and things to do! We will definitely be back! My family loved it and my 3 year old dubbed the house- “the boat house”!

Beautiful Onset

Super place to stay - lots of space: a beautiful house, in a beautiful location. Can't beat the view. Great place to sit on a rainy day and a great place to sit on a sunny day and watch the sunset.
